The Grade 12 students of Tabango National High School officially begin their Work Immersion today as they are deployed to various partner agencies within the Municipality of Tabango. This milestone marks an important step in bridging classroom learning with real-world experience, allowing learners to develop essential skills, work values, and professional discipline.

With the support of partner agencies, teachers, and school leaders, the students are set to gain meaningful exposure that will help prepare them for higher education, employment, and life beyond senior high school.

TABANGO NHS SHINES IN NESTLÉ WELLNESS CAMPUS PROGRAM CONTESTS

Tabango National High School (TNHS) proudly brought honor to the school and the community after securing multiple recognitions during the Nestlé Wellness Campus Program Contests – Leyte Division.

Demonstrating excellence, creativity, and commitment to wellness advocacy, Tabango NHS earned 2nd Place in the Hataw Sayaw Year 3 Dance Competition, showcasing students’ energy, teamwork, and passion for promoting an active lifestyle. The school also clinched 2nd Place in the Best Implementing School Competition, a testament to its strong and consistent implementation of the Nestlé Wellness Campus Program and its dedication to promoting health and nutrition among learners.

Further adding to its achievements, Tabango NHS placed 11th in the Sarap Sustansya Cook-Off Competition, highlighting students’ skills and knowledge in preparing nutritious and balanced meals.

These achievements reflect the collective efforts of the school administrators, teachers, students, and stakeholders who continuously support programs that nurture holistic development and healthy living.
