PMCFI facilitated the conduct of 3rd Chiropractic Health and Wellness

Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City – The Philippine Marine Corps Foundation, Inc., in partnership with Hands for Vitality Community Health, the University of Quebec Trois- Rivières Camara Institute for Chiropractic Services, and Intercare, provided free chiropractic services for the Philippine Marine Corps community at Marine Barracks Rudiardo Brown.

The activity, which is in its 3rd iteration, was held at the Senior NCO Clubhouse wherein more than 300 active, retired and reserved Marines to include their dependents were treated to free consultation, evaluation and treatment by chiropractors from Canada.
The event was made possible through the efforts of PMCFI led by the Executive Director, Lt. Gen. Juancho Sabban AFP (RET) who was ably represented by Brig. Gen. Rodylyn Manzano PN(M)(RES). Other stakeholders such as Human Nature, DMI Medical Supply Co., Inc., Top Vision Optical, NSE Essential Oils Retailing, and Sanacion Massage also contributed to the activity through their products and services.

PMCFI would also like to thank the Office of the Chief of Marine Staff for Civil-Military Operations, MC7, and the Headquarters Service Support Group for providing the necessary support for the successful conduct of this activity.

As always, PMCFI remains true to its mantra of serving our Marines, their dependents and the community.

PMCFI holds Annual BOD Meeting

Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City – The Philippine Marine Corps Foundation, Inc. holds its annual Board of Directors Meeting at PMC Conference Room on Thursday morning. The meeting served as the venue for PMCFI officers to present its accomplishments and ways ahead and seek the approval of the BOD to conduct this year’s projects.

The PMCFI officers were headed by the Executive Director, Lt. Gen. Juancho M. Sabban AFP (RET). Joining him were Brig. Gen. Rodylyn T. Manzano PN(M)(RES), the Chief Finance Officer; and the Program Directors of the Pillar Programs: Col. Yuri Pesigan PN(M)(Ret), Col. Achilles S. Segumallian PN(M)(Ret), and Col. Hernanie S. Songano PN(M)(Ret). The Corporate Communications and Planning Officer, Lt. Col. Jerber Anthony Belonio PN(M)(Ret) and A/V Communications Director, Mr. Paolo M. Pasatiempo were also present while the Executive Secretary, Mr. Paul E. Buenaventura joined the meeting via online.

The BOD was headed by the Commandant of the Philippine Marine Corps, Maj. Gen. Vicente Mark Anthony Blanco PN(M) who also serve as the chairman. Joining him were Sec. Clarita R. Carlos, PHD; Atty. Angelo Raymundo Q. Valencia; and Lt. Gen. Emmanuel B. Salamat AFP (RET), while Brig. Gen. Benjamin I. Espiritu PN(M)(RES) joined the meeting via online.

During the meeting, the PMCFI year-end report was presented to the BOD highlighting the accomplishments of the Foundation in the past year. Lt. Gen. Sabban also discussed the Foundation’s way ahead and the members of the board all agreed for the upcoming projects and activities to be conducted.

After the meeting, the members of the BOD congratulated the officers and volunteers for a successful 2025 and encouraged everyone to continue their unwavering dedication and commitment to the Philippine Marine Corps. They also look forward to the success of PMCFI’s future endeavors.

Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City – The Philippine Marine Corps Foundation, Inc. hosted the officers of Philippine Marine Corps Officers’ Spouses Association Inc. during their courtesy call at PMCFI office on Wednesday morning.

The PMCOSAI officers were received by PMCFI Officers and staff headed by the Executive Director, Lt. Gen. Juancho M. Sabban AFP (Ret) while PMCOSAI was headed by their adviser, Dr. Lyra Blanco together with their president, Mrs. Maria Amor Curaming.
Also present for the PMCFI were Brig. Gen. Rodylyn Manzano PN(M)(Res)(Ret), the Finance Officer and Col. Hernanie Songgano PN(M)(Ret), Program Director for Kabayanihan Program.

During the course of the meeting, Mrs. Curaming presented the thrust and endeavors of PMCOSAI while highlighting their activities aimed to help the dependents of our Marines. The PMCFI year-end report was also presented to the guest by the Corporate Communications and Planning Officer, Lt. Col. Jerber Anthony Belonio PN(M)(Ret) which highlighted the accomplishments of the Foundation in the past year. Lt. Gen. Sabban also emphasized how the programs and projects of the Foundation are strictly aligned with the objectives of the Philippine Marine Corps.

The meeting concluded with proposed collaborations for future projects and activities in line with providing the necessary support towards accomplishing the goals of the Corps. While PMCOSAI continues to nurture the dependents of our Marines through by giving support to the wives of the personnel, PMCFI also remains dedicated in taking care of those who serve and fight for our country.

This mission was a profound tribute to our heritage, marking the 75th Anniversary of the First Amphibious Landing of "A" Company, 1st Marine Battalion. By integrating historic memorial rites with a comprehensive medical outreach, we aimed to honor the heroism of our predecessors through direct service to the Filipino people.

The Philippine Marine Corps Foundation Inc. (PMCFI) extends its profound gratitude to the Prosperous Asia Education Foundation for their invaluable contribution to our personnel's professional and personal growth.

On April 15, 2026, at the Senior NCO’s Club in Fort Bonifacio, our Marines were presented with the "HelpStart Education Foundation Program" a transformative initiative in partnership with Brigham Young University (BYU) Pathway Worldwide.

This seminar, offered at no cost to the Corps, directly supports the KARANGALAN Program of PMCFI, reinforcing our commitment to the continuous education of our Regular Marine Personnel. With 33 onsite attendees and 23 participating virtually, this partnership bridges the gap between service and global academic opportunities.

Under the leadership of our Executive Director, Lt. Gen. Juancho M. Sabban AFP (Ret), and with the dedicated efforts of our Chief Finance Officer, BGen. Rodylyn T. Manzano PN(M)(Res)(Ret), the PMCFI continues to foster strategic alliances that empower those who serve. The Philippine Marine Corps Foundation Inc. (PMCFI), under the leadership of Executive Director Lt. Gen. Juancho M. Sabban AFP (Ret) and the support of Chief Finance Officer BGen. Rodylyn T. Manzano PN(M)(Res)(Ret), successfully facilitated the distribution of a significant beverage donation from the Ronald McDonald House Charities on April 8, 2026. This collaborative initiative resulted in the turnover of 1,500 cases of Minute Maid Orange (250ml bottles) and 4,027 boxes of Minute Maid Tetra (180ml), intended for the various Battalions, Brigades, Units, and Offices of the Philippine Marine Corps.

The logistics operation was a comprehensive effort, with items hauled and transported from McDonald's warehouses in Plaridel, Bulacan, and the City of Cabuyao, Laguna, to the PMCFI Office at Marine Barracks Rudiardo Brown, Fort Bonifacio. This endeavor was made possible through the support of the Philippine Marine Corps command. We extend our professional gratitude to the Office of MC7, HSSG, MC3, MC4, MBLT-3, MTMBn, CDR HHSG, TSS, and the Office of the Adjutant for their essential roles in ensuring the seamless ex*****on of this activity. This partnership underscores our shared commitment to the well-being of our Marine personnel as they continue their dedicated service to the nation.
