The Technological University of the PhilippinesโTaguig successfully conducted a Seminar-Workshop on the Impact Assessment of Extension Projects aimed at enhancing the capability of faculty members to evaluate the outcomes and impacts of their respective community extension initiatives.
This activity was organized by the ๐ป๐ผ๐ท-๐ป๐๐๐๐๐ ๐น๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐
๐ฌ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ , under the leadership of ๐ซ๐. ๐ฏ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ด. ๐ป๐๐๐, Assistant Director for Research and Extension, and facilitated by Ms. Cindy Q. Maldecir, Science Research Analyst, together with Dr. Lieda A. Sobida, Head of Extension Services.
The event was graced by ๐ซ๐. ๐น๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ญ. ๐ซ๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐ฑ๐., Campus Director, who delivered the opening remarks, emphasized the importance of aligning research and extension programs with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The seminar provided valuable insights to faculty participants from different programs on how to effectively design and implement impact assessments for their projects, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and community development priorities.

Mr. Faderogao also conducted a hands-on workshop on developing the Theory of Change (ToC) and Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Frameworks for Research and Extension, guiding participants in crafting effective, evidence-based assessment models.
