Were you unable to attend your scheduled library orientation session for a valid reason? Don't worry —we’ve got you covered, but you need to act fast!

Please follow these steps to secure your first-semester library clearance:

1️⃣ 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺: Access and fill out the official non-attendees Google Form (please check the comment section).

2️⃣ 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿: Prepare your formal excuse letter with a valid reason.

3️⃣ 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱: Have your excuse letter officially signed by the Student Conduct and Discipline Office (SCDO).

4️⃣𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆: Bring your signed excuse letter to the TCC Library on or before August 27, 2026.
