Provincial Scholarship Program (PSP)
Call for Applications

The Provincial Government is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the Provincial Scholarship Program for the First Semester of Academic Year 2025–2026.

📌 Deadline of Submission of Applications: September 25, 2025

Interested students are required to submit the following documents:

1. Personal Application Letter addressed to Governor Francisco “Abeng” Remulla

2. Certificate of Registration (COR) for the First Semester, A.Y. 2025–2026

3. Latest Certificate of Grades (2nd Semester A.Y 2024-2025) for continuing students

* For incoming first-year students: Photocopy of Grade 12 Report Card (back-to-back)

4. Barangay Clearance (for educational purposes only)

5. Photocopy of School ID or any Valid ID (in A4 size, with three specimen signatures)

6. Application Form (available at the OSAS or look for Ms. Joy Ann B. Cabahit)

This scholarship program is established to extend financial assistance to deserving and qualified students in pursuit of their academic aspirations. All interested applicants are strongly encouraged to comply with the stated requirements and submit them within the prescribed period.

This Scholarship Program is exclusively intended for residents of the Province of Cavite.

𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐓𝐄𝐒 𝐒𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐂.𝟐 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒, 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏:

1. Student from households included in the most updated Listahanan of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) or any other recognized beneficiary-targeting system, enrolled in SUCs, LUCs, or Private HEIs including PNSL, ranked according to household per capita income.

2. Students from other poor households including students in the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), based on the list provided by the DSWD, ranked according to household per capita income for all SUCs, LUCs, and Private HEIs, including PNSL.

3. If there are remaining slots, other low-income students in Private HEIs located in cities or municipalities without SUCs or LUCs (PNSL), who are not included in the 1st and 2nd prioritization categories.

📌Applicants for TES do not automatically guarantee eligibility or qualification, as they are subject to the qualifications and availability of funds.

📌Please note that students who are already beneficiaries of TES, TDP, or any scholarship funded by CHED are not eligible to apply.
