Our group promotes mental health and social awareness, fosters meaningful connections, and drives positive change within our community and partnered organizations. We engage in various activities, including environmental programs, mental health initiatives, and volunteer efforts to uplift and support those in need. Ayan na ang mga 3rd year—ATAKE! 💙🩷✨

Isang taos-pusong pagbati sa mga 3rd year Psychology students ng OLFU–Valenzuela! Lalo’t higit sa mga masisipag na officers ng OCE-Psych na sila Sophia Acosta, Faith Talusan, Raizza Tamares, Jona Fresnido, at Ezriel Valenzuela—para sa matagumpay nilang Pinning Ceremony na ginanap noong ika-6 ng Abril 2026 sa Assembly Hall, RiSE Tower para sa ika-5 Pinning at Candle Lighting Ceremony ng Psychological Society.

Ang sandaling kayo ay na-pin ay hindi lamang simbolo ng tagumpay, kundi patunay ng inyong paglalakbay mula sa pag-unawa sa sarili, hanggang sa mas malalim na pag-unawa sa iba. Bilang mga mag-aaral ng sikolohiya, dala ninyo ang kakayahang magbigay-liwanag sa mga kwentong madalas ay hindi napapakinggan, at maghatid ng pag-asa sa mga pusong nangangailangan.

Sa perspektibo ng sikolohiya, tandaan ninyo na ang bawat hakbang ninyo ay bahagi ng inyong growth na ayon sa mga prinsipyo ng human development, ang pag-unlad ay hindi linear, ngunit puno ng aral at pagkakataon. Yakapin ninyo ang hamon, dahil dito nahuhubog ang inyong tibay, empatiya, at kakayahang maging instrumento ng pagbabago.

Nawa’y patuloy kayong maging ilaw sa iba, at huwag kalimutang alagaan din ang inyong sariling mental na kalagayan. Sapagkat sa pag-aalaga sa sarili, mas nagiging handa tayong maglingkod sa kapwa.

Laging tandaan: ang sikolohiya ay hindi lamang isang larangan—ito ay isang adhikaing malaya at mapagpalaya.

OCE-Psychology is once again opening its doors to everyone who wishes to donate and extend their hands! 🤝

This time, we’re extending our help to the communities affected by the 7.6 𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚 𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙝𝙦𝙪𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙮, 𝘿𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙤 𝙊𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡. Together, let’s bring hope and relief to those in need.

𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙢𝙖𝙮 𝙙𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙨:

- Non-perishable food items
- Trapal (plastic cover)
- Flashlights (for brownouts/blackouts)
- First Aid Kits (especially bandages and alcohol)
- Hygiene Kits (including pads, tampons, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.)
