📝CEA Enrollment Requirements🗂️
Hello CEA Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors! 👋
The Enrollment season is almost here. Are you ready for another semester?
There are four major Enrollment Processes:
📍Advising
📍TEF Approval
📍Posting of Subjects (and Assessment of Enrollment Fees for NON-UNIFAST Students)
📍COE Printing
Before proceeding with the long queues in these enrollment processes, here are the enrollment requirements for Regular and Irregular Students:
✅Copy of Certificate of Enrollment (COE) for the previous semester
✅Copy or Screenshot of Grades from CatSU Portal for the last two semesters
✅Black Ink Pen
✅2 copies of Summary of Subjects Taken last semester (SOST)
✅3 copies of Tentative Enrollment Form (TEF)
✅Enrollment Fee (for NON-UNIFAST Students)
✅Accomplished Personal Copy of Prospectus
⚠️Reminders:
📌Preparation for the Enrollment
1. Bring your COE in the previous semester. The COE is required for checking if you were officially enrolled last semester (2nd Sem, SY 2025-2026).
2. You can screenshot your grades at the CatSU Portal directly on your mobile phone or Print it on any size of coupon bond for your convenience. Note that there are areas at CEA with poor signals or no internet connectivity, making live viewing of Grades during Advising difficult or impossible.
3. The required Grades from the CatSU Portal are the 1st Semester and 2nd Semester of SY 2025-2026. All subjects enrolled for these two semesters should have complete Grade Marks (Numerical Grade, DRP, or INC).
4. Please contact the concerned Instructor/Professor if no grade marks appear on the CatSU Portal beside your enrolled subject. The concerned Subject Professor should upload your grade on the CatSU Portal or he/she should write the Grade on the SOST during enrollment and affix his/her signature.
5. Pictures or physical copies of Grade Sheets are not allowed to be presented by the student to the Enrollment Adviser because this violates the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
📌Things to do During the Enrollment
1. To get Started in the Enrollment, obtain your Long Folder containing your Scholastic Record, Student Directory, and College Copy of Prospectus at the assigned Enrollment Adviser for your Year Level. Refer to the post about Enrollment Venues and Enrollment Advisers for more details.
2. The copies of SOST and TEF can be obtained at the designated Waiting Areas to be given out by the assisting Student Officers. Please see the post about our Enrollment Venues for more details.
3. Fill out the required number of copies of SOST and TEF at the Waiting Area while you are in queue for Advising to expedite the queuing.
4. Use a BLACK INK PEN for filling out the Enrollment Forms. Do not use Blue ink pen because this ink color is used by the Enrollment Advisers, Department Chairperson, and Dean for signing the forms.
5. Attach your filled out copies of SOST and TEF inside the long folder with your Personal Copy of the Prospectus.
6. Present your Personal Copy of Prospectus with the other requirements to the Enrollment Adviser for Updating of Grades.
7. The Personal Copy of Prospectus is your own file copy of your records and therefore you should be responsible in keeping it.
8. Bringing the College Copy of the Prospectus outside CEA premises for Photocopying is not allowed to avoid loss of records.
9. Please get a blank copy of Prospectus at the CEA Faculty Office, Ground Floor, CEA Laboratory Building in case you lost your personal copy. Fill it out and present it to the Enrollment Adviser for signature. Kindly don't lose it this time.
10. After the Advising Process, hand over your SOST and TEF to the assisting Student Officers for your TEF Approval. They will deliver your forms to the Department Chairperson or Dean.
11. Wait at the designated Waiting Room for your approved TEF then proceed to Posting. Refer to the post about Enrollment Process Flow for more details.
12. For Non-Unifast Students, Enrollment Fees will depend on the number of units to be enrolled plus miscellaneous fees.
Ngayon, alam niyo na. 😉
