As part of your OJT/Internship requirements, all students are required to secure a Medical Certificate from the Care and Wellness Services prior to deployment.

Please follow the process below:

1️⃣ Secure a laboratory request for Chest X-ray
2️⃣ Return to the clinic with your Chest X-ray result
3️⃣ Fill out the Client Consultation Form
4️⃣ Undergo Vital Signs Check, History Taking, & Physical Assessment
5️⃣ Receive your Medical Certificate

Graduation Date: Moved from May 13 to 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟔
Time: 𝟏:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌
Venue: SSU-PC Student Activity Center

Final Practices will begin on May 4, at 7:00 AM onwards.

All concerned students are expected to attend the scheduled practices and be guided accordingly.

Layunin ng seminar na higit pang mapalalim ang pag-unawa sa panitikang Waray bilang salamin ng ating kultura, kasaysayan, at pagkakakilanlan, gayundin bilang kasangkapan sa pagpapalaganap ng kamalayang panlipunan at pangkalikasan.
