The faculty, together with students from the College of Business, Accountancy and Public Administration (CBAPA) headed by Dr. Allan T. Dela Peña rejoices in congratulating Dr. Roy N. Villalobos, DPA, RCrim for your 4th State of PRMSU Address (SOPA) held on February 3, 2025, and to your second term presidency of President Ramon Magsaysay State University (PRMSU).

Through SOPA 2025, your leadership exemplifies proactive leadership which showcases how the University has excelled with its FY 2024 core functions and PRMSU GAA 2024 PREXC performance indicators and Capital Outlay and Income status for future planning.

The College of Business, Accountancy, and Public Administration (CBAPA) has greatly appreciated your warm and supportive leadership in the establishment of the state-of-the-art New CBAPA building, for more conducive learning environment. Additionally, your strong support in the renaming of our College from CABA to CBAPA has contributed to a more inclusive academic identity.

WE DID IT ONCE AGAIN! Congratulations, mga CBAPANIANS! 💖 PRMSU CBAPA👏🎉

A big thanks to the great enthusiasm and dedication we've all exhibited, congratulations to everyone for their exceptional efforts in defending for Level II AACCUP accreditation. We sincerely thank Dr. Roy Villalobos, our beloved university president, for his outstanding guidance and steadfast assistance over the entire process. For their leadership and cooperation, we also thank the PRNV administration, including Vice President Presy Antonio, Vice President Jerry Cristobal, Vice President Marlon James Dedicatoria, Vice President Lilian Bonifacio Flauta Uy, and other officials. We would especially want to acknowledge the teaching and non-teaching personnel, whose commitment and tireless efforts were crucial in reaching this significant achievement. Together, we proved that great results can be achieved through determination and teamwork.

Iba, Zambales - PRMSU - CBAPA represented by Dean Allan T. Dela Pena, DPA, and Jennelyn R. Artates, PhD., CBAPA Extension Coordinator, signed Memorandum of Understanding with Barangay Taugtog Council represented by Punong Barangay Hon. Mercedita B. Panes and Hon. Mark King "Barbie" Rivero, Kagawad on Education.

The signing of the MOU between Barangay Taugtog and PRMSU-CBAPA strengthens the partnership and collaboration between the two agencies for the conduct of the CBAPA Unlad Kabuhayan Program with PROJECT PALS (Providing Accessible Leadership Services), the Official Extension Program of Bachelor of Public Administration Program piloting its first activity titled “Seminar on Barangay Conciliation and Mediation" which aims to enhance conflict resolution skills, promotes peace and order, empowers local governance, builds community trust, and ensures efficient, legal, and cost-effective dispute resolution at the community level.
