The ceremony signified their formal entry into the ROTC officers , where character is strengthened, leadership is cultivated, and commitment to service helps build future leaders into capable citizens who serve with honor and integrity.

The ceremony was honored by ๐‹๐“๐‰๐† ๐Œ๐š๐ซ๐ข๐ณ ๐’ ๐‹๐ฎ๐ฉ๐š ๐๐, ๐Ž๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐Ž๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ž๐ซ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿ๐Ÿ•๐ญ๐ก ๐๐‘๐Ž๐“๐‚ ๐”๐ง๐ข๐ญ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐”๐ง๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐๐š๐ ๐๐ž ๐™๐š๐ฆ๐›๐จ๐š๐ง๐ ๐š who served as the Guest of Honor and Keynote Speaker, delivering a motivational speech to the future naval officers.
