کہوٹہ حویلی کیمپس جامعہ پونچھ میں کلین اینڈ گرین سوسائٹی کا قیام عمل میں لایا گیا۔ ڈائریکٹر کیمپس ڈاکٹر خواجہ فاروق احمد نے عہدیداران سے حلف لیا ۔ سوسائٹی کا مقصد ماحول کی بہتری کے لیے مناسب اقدامات، ماحول کو آلودگی سے بچانے کے لیے طلباء میں شعور بیدار کرنا۔ متوازن ماحول کی تعمیر اور یونیورسٹی کیمپس کی خوبصورتی میں اضافہ سیمت طلباء کو ٹیم ورک کی ترغیب دینا شامل ہے۔ تقریب کا باقاعدہ آغاز تلاوت کلام پاک اور نعت رسول سے کیا گیا جبکہ میمونہ صدیق سٹوڈنٹ کمپوٹر سائنس نے سوسائٹی کا پس منظر اور مقاصد تفصیلی طور پہ بیان کیے۔ تقریب حلف برداری میں شعبہ جات کے انچارج صاحبان، اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر سٹوڈنٹس افیرز ، تمام فیکلٹی ممبران ، ایڈمنسٹریٹر سٹاف کے علاوہ طلباء نے کثیر تعداد میں شرکت کی۔ ڈائریکٹر کیمپس نے اپنے خطاب میں چیئرمین کلین اینڈ گرین کمیٹی کہوٹہ کیمپس ثاقب نسیم راٹھور کو سوسائٹی کے قیام پہ مبارکباد دیتے ہوئے ان کہ کاوشوں کو سراہا۔ اس موقع پہ سوسائٹی کے صدر عدیل احمد نائب صدور نئیر اقبال، شہلا راٹھور ، سیکرٹری جنرل انعم بشیر، سیکرٹری فنانس انعم فاروق، سیکرٹری نشر واشاعت محمد سمیع اسحاق، صہیب راٹھور ،غزل عظیم اور ڈیپارٹمنٹ کے کوآرڈینیٹر ز کو نئی ذمہ داریاں سنبھالنے پہ مبارکباد دی۔ ڈائریکٹر کیمپس نے سوسائٹی کے مقاصد پہ بات کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ صاف ستھرا اور گرین ماحول اچھی صحت کا ضامن ہے۔ تینوں طرح کی آلودگی انسانوں کے لیے انتہائی مضر ہے ہمیں ماحول کو آلودگی سے بچانے کے لیے مناسب اور بروقت اقدامات اٹھانے ہوں گے۔ سپروائزری کے ٹیم کے ممبران ثاقب نسیم راٹھور، نور الصباح اور بنش اخلاق کو تعریفی اسناد سے نوازا گیا جبکہ ڈائریکٹر کیمپس پروفیسر (ر) ڈاکٹر خواجہ فاروق احمد کو کلین اینڈ گرین سوسائٹی کے جانب سے ثاقب نسیم راٹھور نے شیلڈ پیش کی۔ تقریب کے اختتام پہ محمد عبدلرازق لیکچرر نے سوسائٹی اور جامعہ کی بہتری کے لیے دعا کی اور سابق سنئیر وزیر چوہدری محمد عزیز کے لیے دعائے مغفرت کی گئی۔
