🏆 Excellence Achieved: University College Zhob – BUITEMS Secures Overall Runner-Up Position at All Balochistan Business Skills Competition 2026 🏆
A proud moment for University College Zhob, BUITEMS as our talented students secured the Overall Runner-Up Position (2nd Place) in the All Balochistan Business Skills Competition, organized by the Department of Youth Affairs, Government of Balochistan.
The competition was held on 16–17 May 2026 in Quetta and brought together more than 560 students from 13 universities across Balochistan, creating a highly competitive platform featuring five business-related events.
Special congratulations to Akhtar Mohammed and Zubair Hayat for securing 2nd Position in the Business Sales Pitch and Business Advertisement categories. Cash prizes were awarded to outstanding individual participants as well as overall group winners and runners-up.
This remarkable achievement reflects the dedication, creativity, and professional excellence of our students and highlights the growing academic strength of University College Zhob.

🏆 Business Skills Competition 2026 | University College Zhob, BUITEMS 🏆

Students of University College Zhob are currently participating in the Business Skills Competition 2026 being held on 15–16 May 2026 at Quetta, organized by Directorate of Youth Affairs, Government of Balochistan. The students are actively representing the institution in all five categories including Business Idea, Business Model/Product, Business Quiz, Business Sales Pitch and Business Advertisement.
The competition is providing an excellent platform for students to demonstrate their analytical abilities, entrepreneurial mindset, communication skills and professional competence. The outstanding participation and performance of the students reflect the academic environment and talent nurtured at University College Zhob.
Lecturer Economics and Focal Person Students Affairs, Dr. Noor Ahmed, is accompanying and guiding the students throughout the event. Director University College Zhob, Professor Dr. Abdul Salam Lodhi, appreciated the enthusiasm, dedication and professional skills demonstrated by the participating students and encouraged them to continue striving for excellence in academic and co-curricular activities.

“Building Green and Sustainable Future: University College Zhob BUITEMS Progress and Plantation Drive”
Commissioner Zhob Division, Asif Ali Farrukh, visited University College Zhob BUITEMS to review the ongoing construction of the new building and to participate in the plantation drive. On this occasion, Dean/Director Professor Dr. Abdul Salam Lodhi, Project Engineer Abdul Manan, and Deputy Registrar Sher Alam Kethran were also present. The college has successfully planted 200 new olive saplings, bringing the total to 6,102, and plans to plant an additional 3,000 by the end of this year, supporting both environmental and financial sustainability for the institution.
