انسان کے پختہ ہونے میں مشکلات اہم کردار ادا کرتی ہیں ۔ جن لوگوں کی زندگی میں آسانیاں ہی آسانیاں ہوں ان کی شخصیت میں جھول رہ جاتا ہے وہ کمزور شخصیت کے مالک ہوتے ہیں ۔
بالکل اسی طرح جیسے مٹی کو گوندھ کر اینٹ کی شکل دی جاتی ہے پھر اسے دھوپ پر سکھایا جاتا ہے اب وہ اینٹ تو ہوتی ہے مگر کچی ، کمزور ۔
اور جب اسی اینٹ کو بھٹی میں ڈال کر پکایا جاتا ہے تو وہی کمزور اینٹ تپ کر کندن بن چکی ہوتی ہے خود بھی مضبوط ہو چکی ہوتی ہے اور اپنے ارد گرد کو بھی مضبوطی عطا کرتی ہے ۔
