Study Tour of Students & Faculty Members of Department of Statistics, University of Malakand to Pakistan Bureau of Statistics in Islamabad.
The study tour provided an opportunity to the students to gain practical knowledge & insights into various techniques for demographic data, advance and digitalized methods for conducting Population and Household Census/ Agriculture Census/ Mouza Census & to explore innovative practices in Demographic Surveys/ Price Statistics Surveys/Household Integrated Economic Surveys (HIES)/ Labour Force Surveys and relevant data collection for National Accounts.
Besides, the faculty members also explored potential collaborations & partnerships with Pakistan Bureau of Statistics and Federal Bureau of Statistics to enhance teaching & research at their home institution. The students also visited to various spots like Murree, Nathiagali etc.
