Munawwar Memorial Hospital in a rural underserved area, with emphasis on equitable women's healthcare and sustainability through local human resource development. We have so far seen > 100,000 patients in the hospital free of charge, > 8000 cataract blind had free or very cheap surgery, > 60% of them females, > 200,000 School children screened within their schools, > 10,000 of them provided free t

ransport to hospital, free check up and free glasses and > 500 schools screened. This has been possible through generosity of NGO’s, expatriate Pakistanis and local philanthropists.
