I'll do it later...
This is not just a sentence. It’s .
According to Psychology, the root cause of procrastination is that _our brain prioritizes Immediate Comfort over Long-term Success_. Whenever we put a task off for “later,” our brain learns that avoiding difficult work is the easier path. Slowly, this behavior becomes a habit.
Imagine a student who says:
“Not today, I’ll start studying tomorrow.”
Tomorrow turns into a week, the week into a month, and then the exams are right on top of him. The same books that could have been finished easily by studying a little each day, now start to feel like a burden.
In the same way, if a farmer thinks:
“I’ll sow the seeds tomorrow.”
And keeps saying that every day, the season will pass. No matter how fertile the land is, if the seed isn’t sown on time, the crop will never grow.
Remember !
Success is not just about intelligence, but about taking action at the right time.
Today’s discomfort becomes tomorrow’s success; while today’s comfort often becomes tomorrow’s regret.
So don’t wait for “someday,” because “someday” doesn’t exist on the calendar.
Take the first step today, no matter how small it is.
