Minutes of the Meeting
A meeting of the committee constituted by the Registrar of the University regarding the highlighted deficiencies pointed out by the Allied Health Professionals Council (AHPC) was held on 05-03-2026 at 10:00 AM in the Conference Room, University of Agriculture, Dera Ismail Khan.
The meeting was chaired by Dr. M. Shoaib Alam, Convener of the Committee, while Mr. M. Umar Nafees, Secretary of the Committee and Coordinator, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences (FAHS), arranged and coordinated the proceedings.
During the meeting, the deficiencies highlighted by AHPC were discussed in detail. The committee reviewed the relevant issues and considered appropriate measures to ensure timely compliance with AHPC requirements. The members also deliberated on the preparation of a compliance action plan and the resolution of identified gaps in accordance with the Terms of Reference (ToRs) mentioned in the office order.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Dr. M. Shoaib Alam thanked all the honorable members for their valuable participation. Mr. M. Umar Nafees, Coordinator Allied Health Sciences, also appreciated the cooperation of all participants for the successful conduct of the meeting.
