ITC Engineer to support the delivery of Metro Project. Work includes assembly, testing, FAT and onsite testing & commissioning. Should have good installation background in signalling.

Primary Responsibilities

Planning and coordination

Plan the weekly installation & test activities.
Willing to work 24/7 based on the site requirement.
Update installation procedures, method statements and complete the records on time.
Report to team leader to coordinate with other interface partners to short out site issue.
Advance material planning as per the site requirement.
Assure sites are properly stocked with installation and test tools while test tools are periodically calibrated per company standards.

Installation and T&C Activities

Support site installation activities and supervision of sub-contractors /partner undertaking installation of signaling equipment.
Support and during Commissioning and Maintenance period
Assure quality inspections are performed on material and assemblies.
Assure equipment is properly stored prior installation.
Provide NCR and action plan to rectify any anomalies found at site.
Record and register installation test records.
Work with design team for the evolution of drawings (ie. mark-up, modification sheets, transmittals, as-build drawings) until the completion of installation stage.

Safety and Environment Responsibilities

Strictly follow the safety rules, regulations and procedures as stated in the safety plan for internal staff and subcontractor(s) working at site.
Ensure all activities comply with Company OH&S policies and procedures.
Periodic site HSE audits.
Demonstrate a personal commitment to the SHE Cultural Framework, policies, Safety Essentials and Management System requirements and expectations
