5th Convocation of the University of Haripur is going to be held on 28th January, 2026
It is for the information of all concerned that the 5th Convocation of the University of Haripur is scheduled on Wednesday the 28th of January, 2026 with Full dress rehearsal on the 27th of January 2026. The portal is closed for fresh registration; however, the gold medallist students graduated in 2025 can complete the registration process till Tuesday the 26th January 2026 by paying the registration fee (Rs. 5320/-) and visiting Examination Section in person or through a nominee.
A full dress rehearsal for convocation will be held on campus at 01:30 PM on the 27th January 2026. All registered candidates are requested to download and print the acknowledgment cards from the University website (https://convocation.uoh.edu.pk) and bring it on the rehearsal day to enter the campus and collect gowns.
In this connection, all registered graduates are hereby informed to collect your gowns and invitation Cards from the concerned vendor in examination section on 27th January 2026 from 08:00 AM to 10:30 AM via payment of Rs. 300/- as rent and Rs. 1000/- as security amount refundable on return of gown to the vendor on the convocation day till 04:00 PM.
