BS morning: All merit lists are exhausted, no more list will be displayed for morning programs. Those who are still looking for seats should go to the departments where seats are available. for doing this they should call or personally visit the departments (Except pharm D, LLB). Few seats are left which will be filled soon so hurry up to get morning seats (fist come first served bases).

BS Evening: Data is being verified after complete shifting from morning to evening (those who applied will be entertained).

2nd List of Sports Basis Admission for undergraduate programme (Fall-2021)
This is to notify for information of all concerned that candidates mentioned in the list have been selected
for admission to Undergraduate Programme Fall Semester-2021 in the Department/Institute/School/Centre (DISC)
as mentioned against their names on the sports based reserved seats with the following terms & conditions:-
1) The candidates selected on his/her choices will not be selected in the subsequent list and then the other
choices will be blocked/exhausted.
2) The below mentioned selected candidates are directed to report to the respective Department/ Institute/ School/
Centre (DISC) along with the Certificates and other documents (in original) and to pay the University Fee/Dues by
16-11-2021 positively in any Branch of HBL or Askari Bank and submit the Paid Fee/Dues Original
Departmental Challan Copy in the respective department to confirm their admission.
3) The confirmation of admission is subject to the production & verification of original documents by the
respective departments. In case of less than 50% marks in Intermediate, the Department may not confirm
his/ her admission and refer the case to the Chairman, Admission Committee.
4) Those who have already deposited the fee/due in another department and wants to shift to the new department
are advised to upload the fee challan on the portal of new department and submitted original admission form in the
department for confirmation of admission.
5) The selected candidates can download/print challan form by login to the Online Admission Portal
(in Application Status Menu) http://ugadmissions.qau.edu.pk/oas/app/signin.aspx: -
To ensure utmost accuracy, it is requested that the following may please be checked against the print out list at the time
of interview of the candidates:-
1. Matric/O-Level Marks Sheet etc. 2. FA/FSc/I.Com/A-Level Marks Sheet etc.
3. Domicile Certificate 4. CNIC of the Applicant/Guardian
5. Equivalence Certificates 6.Sports Certificate
7. Eligibility of the candidates 8. Any other relevant supporting document
The selected candidates are required to produce the following Academic documents in original and also advised to
submit five attested photocopies of the following documents at the time of joining/interview: -
1. Matric/O-Level Marks Sheet etc. 2. FA/FSc/I.Com/A-Level Marks Sheet etc.
3. Domicile Certificate 4. Equivalence Certificates
If any discrepancy is found in the notification, the candidate may not be allowed to join/ deposit the dues/fee
and his case be reported to the Admissions Section immediately. No selected candidate is allowed to join the concerned
department without production/showing of original documents under any circumstances. The Admission Committee,
however, unanimously agreed on the point that in order to ensure participation, the selected candidates on sports basis
admission will bound to submit an Affidavit/Undertaking for participation in the sports activities during the study period.

Third Merit List for LLB programme (Fall-2021)

1) The candidates selected on his/her choice will not appear in the subsequent list, those who selected and deposited the fee/dues on self-finance will have intact choices for regular only.

2) Those who have deposited the fee/dues against regular seats/subject options, and then the other choices will be blocked/exhausted.

3) The selected candidates are advised to deposit the fee/dues in any Branch of HBL or Askari Bank and submit the Paid Fee/Dues Original Departmental Challan Copy in the respective department upto 12-11-2021 (Friday) to confirm their admission.

4) It is advised to upload the scanned copy of paid challan on the admission portal account.

5) The confirmation of admission is subject to the production & verification of original documents by the respective departments.

6) Those who have already deposited the fee/due in another department and wants to shift to the new department are advised to upload the fee challan on the portal of new department and submitted original admission form in the department for confirmation of admission.

BS (morning) updates: the waiting merit list of bs morning will be available soon on the website for those who are still waiting to get admission. There are few vacant seats in different departments so if you are interested in getting admission in those departments you may contact the departments and give your consent within a given period of time.

Greetings Quaidian's,
We welcoem to all new comers specialy to those who admitted on differently abled qouta and their list will upload soon . I'm posting this specially for students of this qouta. We are provided with many facilities but unfortunately lots of people are unaware of these information and they face lots of difficulties, but Alhamdulillah we made our own community which are linking all special students and provide all information regarding their information as to avoid problems that they had faced for their admission before this community. We solve every kind of problems regarding admission on this quota. These are few problems were faced by different student when no one was there to guide properly
And also now will face because of unawares of this community.

1. Students were given fee chalan from the department without concession without letting them know that this qouts provded concession in fee. After fee submission, when they came to know about these facilities they had to apply for fee refund and faced a lots of problems due to lack of information amed proper guidance which is waste of time.

2.They gave full fee for hostel dues.

The facilities which is now given by university are ,

1. Full fee concession
2. Fifty percent half in others .
3. Fifty percent half hostel dues for special person on this quotta .
4. No fee for summer semester.
5. Many Scholarship also are given

Try to convey this information to your beloved one's who applied on special quotta.

BS (morning) updates:
5th and Final merit list is released and being displayed on website (www.qau.edu.pk). Last date for fee submission is 8th Nov, submit your fee online and upload chalan back on your online portal as well as to the concerned department.

Pharm D, LLB: 2nd merit list will be displayed by 5th November evening.

Reserve seats merit list: Disability/minority/Army/Employee etc selected candidates will be informed within a day or two about the their selection via call and letter.

BS (evening): 2nd merit list will be displayed on website on Sunday7th Nov evening.

A separate office of the Students' Financial Assistance (OSFA) is established in Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad in collaboration with HEC to provide financial help/Scholarships to the meritorious ..... more >>
