The purpose of this MOU is to establish a foundation for potential future collaboration between the University of Jhang and the University of Malaya. The MOU will remain in effect for five years from the date of signing by both institutions. Amendments to the MOU require written agreement from both parties. Either institution may terminate the MOU by providing written notice to the other, effective immediately upon receipt.
Neither institution may use the name or logo of the other in publications, marketing, or websites without specific written consent. The MOU does not grant either institution any right, license, or ownership in the intellectual property rights belonging to the other, and confidentiality of intellectual property and affairs shall be maintained unless required by law or relevant authorities.
This MOU serves as a basis for future collaboration, promoting mutual understanding, and facilitating fruitful academic exchange between the University of Jhang and the University of Malaya.
