کہوٹہ لاء کالج نے آج مورخہ 20 جون 2026 بروز ہفتہ اپنا ٹیلنٹ ہنٹ اسکالرشپ پروگرام کامیابی کے ساتھ منعقد کیا۔

یہ امر نہایت باعث مسرت ہے کہ اس پروگرام میں ملک کے مختلف علاقوں سے تقریبا 100 ہونہار اور باصلاحیت طلبہ و طالبات نے شرکت کی ۔

انتظار کی گھڑیاں ختم اور وہ لمحہ آن پہنچا جس کا ملک بھر کے انٹرمیڈیٹ طلباکو انتظار تھا ۔ کہوٹہ لاء کالج بہت فخر محسوس کرتا ہے کہ اس کے اس ٹیلنٹ ہنٹ پروگرام میں سندھ ، بلوچستان ، گلگت ، کشمیر اور ملک کے دیگر دوردراز علاقوں سے تعلق رکھنے والے طلباء نے اپنی رجسٹریشن کروائی ۔
کہوٹہ لاء کالج نے ایسے طلباء کے لیے ہاسٹل کی سہولیات فراھم کیں اور پورے وقار سے ان کا خیر مقدم کیا۔
ٹیلنٹ ہنٹ اسکالر شپ پروگرام میں حصہ لینے والے طلباوطالبات بھرپور اعتماد سے ٹیسٹ دیں ، اس پروگرام کا مقصد نونہلان وطن کو ایک بڑے سٹیج پر بلا کر اپنی صلاحیتوں پر اعتماد کا اظہار اور مستقبل کے حوالے سے ایک وژنری رہنمائی فراھم کرنا تھا ۔
ھم آنے والے تمام بچوں کا دل کی اتہاہ گہرائیوں سے خیر مقدم کرتے کرتے ہیں اور خوش آمدید کہتے ہیں ۔

We are proud to share that Syed Abdul Fattah Shah, student of LL.B Part-V at Kahuta Law College, has authored a thought-provoking research article titled:

“International Law as ‘Law’: An Analysis of Veto Politics and Weak Enforcement Mechanisms”

His work critically examines the challenges faced by international law, particularly the impact of veto politics and the limitations of enforcement mechanisms in the global legal order. This achievement reflects the research culture and academic excellence being nurtured at Kahuta Law College.

Monday, 15th June 2026 | A special lecture was conducted on the topic, "Recording of Evidence in Civil Trials: Law, Procedure, and Practice." We were honored by the gracious presence of Mr. Babar Mumtaz, Advocate High Court and Partner at Mumtaz & Brohi, Barristers & Corporate Counsel, who served as the resource person for the session.

Mr. Babar Mumtaz delivered an insightful and engaging lecture covering the legal framework, procedural requirements, evidentiary principles, examination and cross-examination of witnesses, documentary evidence, and practical challenges encountered during the recording of evidence in civil trials. His valuable insights and practical guidance greatly enriched the learning experience of the participants.
