SDGs for awareness of self and community
4. Future of Education, policy and practice Noor-ul-Huda Education (NuHE) was officially launched on 19th November 2017, initially started as "Mashall" in November 2010 to launch a website for students guidance and counselling. However while working on this specific area and with public sector a need was felt for a broader scope and vision. NuHE aims to bu
ild a system and devotes itself to develop a culture of learning and development to empower tomorrow's leaders. NuHE is focused on SDGs specifically 4 and 5, quality education and women empowerment. Quality education encompasses a broad scope of not only providing the best to students in the classroom but also to ensure that the providers (teachers) are themselves equipped with updated knowledge and training in their respective fields. School leaders need to be at the forefront of the changes occurring and the paradigm shift across the globe in the field of education. NuHE therefore expanded to facilitate all stake holders, schools, educational leaders, teachers, students and parents. Over the past decade, there has been an increased demand to included generic skill development as a part of traditional education. Generic skill development such as competencies for ways of thinking, ways of working, tools for working, and skills for a living are the need of rapidly changing society. Although the development of these skills has been acknowledged, the big challenge is how to support these in schools. NuHE focuses on 6 main areas:
1. Teacher Education
2. Leadership and Capacity Development
4. Guidance and Counselling
5. School Evaluation and Improvement
6. Youth and Women Empowerment Programmes
4. Noor-ul-Huda Education Foundation is playing an important role for this CHANGE.
