Ziauddin College of Occupational Therapy successfully conducted a hands-on workshop on "Pediatric OT Intervention: Reflex Integration for Occupational Performance"

The workshop focused on the core principle of Understand. Assess. Apply. - enabling our students to bridge the gap between developmental concepts and functional occupational performance.

Our students from DOT Batch VIII & IX gained practical insights into:
✓ Hands-on screening of Primitive Reflexes
✓ Designing Play-Based Interventions
✓ Strengthening Clinical Reasoning

CAREERTHON 2026 — Connect. Learn. Lead Your Future.

The Ziauddin College of Occupational Therapy Faculty of Allied Health successfully hosted Careerthon 2026, an International Symposium that once again brought academia and industry together under one roof.

Careerthon was born out of a simple but powerful idea — to bridge the gap between institutes and professionals, and to give students a real, direct connection to the field they're preparing to enter. What began as a small initiative has grown, year after year, into a landmark event that brings together international speakers, clinicians, entrepreneurs, educators, and policymakers to share their journeys and open doors for the next generation of Occupational Therapists.

This year's edition was no different — a day full of meaningful conversations, honest career guidance, and inspiring stories from professionals working across pediatrics, adult and geriatric care, vocational rehabilitation, and special education, from Karachi to across Pakistan's provinces and beyond

The orientation marked the beginning of an exciting academic journey, providing students with an opportunity to become acquainted with the institution, meet their peers, and gain an insight into the journey ahead.
