Anas Masood is a seasoned finance executive with over 23 years of progressive experience across audit, CFO, and CEO roles spanning Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and Ireland. A Fellow Chartered Accountant of ICAP, Anas began his career at KPMG serving across its Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and Ireland practices before ascending to C-suite leadership in diverse sectors including waste management, engineering, e-commerce, and telecommunications.
Currently serving as Group Accounting & Controlling Director at Saudi Investment Recycling Company (SIRC), a Public Investment Fund-linked entity, Anas oversees group financial reporting across 14 subsidiaries, joint ventures, and associates, with full accountability for IFRS and SOCPA compliance, consolidation, Zakat, and ZATCA matters. Prior roles include CFO at Mitsubishi Electric Saudi Ltd. (7 years), CEO of MELPA Private Limited where he drove over 100% revenue growth and restored the business to profitability and Head of Finance at Floward, where he reduced financial close time by 80% and achieved a 30% cost reduction through banking negotiations.
Anas is an active contributor to the ICAP community in the Kingdom, serving as the official ICAP Representative in Riyadh and a certified ICAP Mentor. He regularly speaks at the Annual Saudi Trade Finance Summit and is committed to elevating the profile of Pakistani chartered accountants across the GCC.
