SZABUL: Pays Tribute to Marka-e-Haq Through Patriotic Unity Walk

Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University of Law (SZABUL) organized a patriotic walk to commemorate Marka-e-Haq under the visionary leadership of Worthy Vice Chancellor, Justice (R) Kusar Sultana Hussain.

The walk was attended by the Deans of Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, Departmental Chairmen, Registrar SZABUL, faculty members, officers, staff, and students who participated with great enthusiasm, carrying placards and banners under the National Flag.

The participants expressed their unwavering love, respect, and solidarity with the defence forces of Pakistan and the Government of Pakistan, reflecting a strong spirit of patriotism and national unity.

Speaking on the occasion, Justice (R) Kusar Sultana Hussain highlighted that Marka-e-Haq reminds the nation of unity, sacrifice, and patriotism. She emphasized that the people of Pakistan stand shoulder to shoulder with the country’s defence forces and stressed the importance of promoting national harmony, peace, and dedication among the younger generation for a stronger Pakistan.

The event truly reflected the university community’s commitment to national unity, patriotism, and remembrance of the sacrifices made for the strength, dignity, and sovereignty of the country.

SZABUL: 📢 Empowering Students Through SZABUL–PSX Strategic Partnership

Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University of Law (SZABUL) and Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen collaboration between academia and the financial sector.

The MoU was signed by Mr. Muhammad Sajjada Shamim Ahmed, Registrar, SZABUL, and Mr. Jawad Haider Hashmi, Chief Operating Officer, PSX, at the PSX premises on 05 May 2026.

This strategic partnership aims to promote knowledge exchange, research opportunities, internships, and capacity-building initiatives for students and faculty members. It will provide SZABUL students with valuable practical exposure to capital markets, enhancing their understanding of financial systems, regulatory frameworks, and investment mechanisms.

Registrar Mr. Muhammad Sajjada Shamim Ahmed stated that this collaboration reflects the visionary leadership of Worthy Vice Chancellor Justice (Rtd.) Kusar Sultana Hussain, who consistently prioritizes academic excellence, institutional growth, and professional development. Under her dynamic leadership, SZABUL continues to create modern learning opportunities and strong industry-academia linkages for students.
