ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Category – I
Minimum of 10 Years of schooling (Matric/FA/F.Sc.)
03 Years Diploma in Nursing
01 Year Diploma in Midwifery or any Post Basic Specialty diploma registered with PNMC.
01-year experience as RN after Diploma in Nursing.
02 Years Post RN BSN/BSM Degree as specified by PNC and HEC vide Notification No. 8(61)/A&A/2018/HEC/5799, dated 26.04.2018 and registered with PNMC.
02 years’ experience as RN of which minimum of 01 Year experience as RN after Post RN BSN (clinical includes inpatient and outpatient in primary and tertiary care, as well as teaching and research).
Category – II
12 Years schooling (FSc Pre Medical)
04 Year BS Nursing registered with PNMC.
01-year internship (bedside care)
01-year experience as RN after BSN (clinical includes inpatient and outpatient in primary, secondary and tertiary care) (excluding 01-year Internship).

Important Instructions:
To apply, visit the website www.uchs.edu.pk, where you can create an account by providing your full name, father’s/guardian’s name, email ID, and a secure password. Once you’ve created your account, you can proceed with the application process. Ensure you have the required information and documents ready to facilitate a smooth application process.
The application form must be completed by entering personal details, including name, domicile, contact information, address, nationality, gender, and date of birth.
Applicants shall upload scanned copies of the required documents in compliance with the prescribed file size limit of 2 MB per document.
Before submission, applicants must read and acknowledge the Undertaking, verifying all provided information and attached documents.
The completed application must be submitted online, after which a confirmation notification will be sent to the applicant’s registered email. Applicants are required to download and print both the submitted application and the bank challan for the admission processing fee.
Entry test will be conducted by the University of Child Health Sciences Lahore on 25.11.2025 for admission in the MSN Program and is compulsory (Passing Marks= 50%).
Entry test will be MCQs-based (Nursing 60%, English 20%, Analytical reasoning and Computer skills 20%).
No request for modification, amendment, or rectification of an application shall be entertained after its final submission.
The candidature and/or admission of any applicant found to have submitted forged, fake, or fabricated documents or incorrect/false information shall be immediately
The candidates must submit a Bank Challan of Rs. 5000/- (Non-Refundable) payable to the Vice Chancellor, University of Child Health Sciences, Lahore, as the processing fee along with each application. The fee may also be paid through online banking. The application process shall be deemed complete only upon successful fee submission. Failure to deposit the required fee within the stipulated time shall result in forfeiture of the right to admission.
The Admission Test Result, Interview Schedule, and Merit Lists shall be published on the official UCHS website www.uchs.edu.pk.

Applicants who are in service must get NOC and those applying on a deputation basis must submit their applications through the proper channel.
Applicants holding foreign qualifications shall be required to submit an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council (PNMC), as applicable.
