The First Cohort Celebration of the *Advanced Diploma in Applied Behavior Analysis (ADABA)* was successfully held on *12 September 2026* at the *Riphah Institute of Clinical & Professional Psychology (RICPP), Riphah International University.*

This milestone reflects the vision, leadership, and dedicated efforts of *Dr. Arooj Arshad, HoD RICPP,* in establishing and strengthening professional training in *Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at Riphah.* Her leadership continues to *support evidence-based practice, professional capacity building, and improved child and behavioral health services in Pakistan.*

🌟 RICPP Faculty Training Session on Tarbiyah & Mentoring

The faculty members of the Riphah Institute of Clinical & Professional Psychology (RICPP) participated in an informative training session on Tarbiyah and Mentoring, held under the leadership of Dr. Arooj Arshad, Head of Department, Psychology (RICPP), with Mr. Hafiz Waqas, Head of Tarbiyah Department, serving as the trainer.

The session focused on the practical implementation of the Riphah Mentoring Scheme, portfolio development and implementation, and Life-Vision Engineering through effective use of the portfolio document.

The training equipped faculty members with practical strategies to strengthen mentoring relationships and support students in their personal, academic, professional, and character development.

We are pleased to share the valuable insights of Dr. Jane Paul, PhD, BCBA-D, IBA, esteemed Instructor in Riphah International University’s Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Program.
Dr. Paul is a Pediatric Neurodevelopmental Practitioner and Board Certified Behavior Analyst, specializing in developmental and neurodevelopmental needs. She holds a PhD in Autism and Developmental Disorders from the University of Texas and completed her postdoctoral training at the M.I.N.D. Institute, University of California, Davis Medical Center.
With her extensive academic and clinical expertise, Dr. Paul contributes to the professional training of future practitioners through Riphah’s Advanced Diploma in Applied Behavior Analysis (ADABA).
