5-years at PUSC!
On May 31, 2021, I joined the School of Chemistry at the University of the Punjab as Professor of General and Inorganic Chemistry. As I reflect on this journey, I am filled with gratitude for the people, experiences, and achievements that have shaped these remarkable years.
One of the most meaningful accomplishments has been establishing the Sensors and Diagnostics Laboratory from the ground up.
Over time, the laboratory evolved into much more than a workplace—it became a family. A culture where students dedicate their time and energy to mentoring one another, sharing knowledge, solving challenges collectively, and celebrating each other's successes. This spirit of collaboration, mutual respect, and continuous learning remains the foundation of everything we do.
I am especially proud that many graduates of the Sensors and Diagnostics Laboratory have gone on to secure fully funded research and higher education opportunities in the United States, Spain, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, Malaysia, and Saudi Arabia. Their achievements are a testament to their hard work, perseverance, and commitment to excellence.
🌟 To my students, researchers, alumni, and collaborators: Thank you for your trust, dedication, and countless contributions. Every milestone we celebrate belongs to all of us.
🏛️ To my colleagues and the leadership at Punjab University: Thank you for your continued support.
