A SYSTEM'S COLLAPSE INDICATORS

One of the most informed authorities in the country almost a fortnight ago was reported to have observantly said that the system has collapsed. What occurs to someone to find out exact meaning of this official observatory? There must have been some sharp indicators flash-pointing areas where things have truly gone obsolete! One such domain is the system of law... When a man revenges upon another man who revenges back upon the first man it clearly means the law has been sidelined! The matter reaches no court of justice! But most regrettably when the law itself instead of bringing the law breakers to a trial brings end to their lives by some executive decision, the flashlight blinks! That maybe is the most dominant of all other indicators to assume that the system must have collapsed!

PAKISTAN MEANS THE WHOLE MUSLIM UMMAH

EMERGENT as an accumulative custodian of universal Peace and Order, Pakistan through all tumultuous phases of its history has nonstop been soaring higher and higher on the horizon of global affairs as the most influential leader amidst all the nations of the world to maintain humanity's equilibrium! No odds with regard to the rise of PAKISTAN'S stature, it is what it has been created for! In respect of Ideology it extends to the entire universe's scope as a Believer in the Oneness of God through the Finality of the Nabuwat/ Rasalat!

It is sincerely admirable how the foreign policy has won Pakistan a status that is strategically invincible! Pakistan has become the voice of the whole Muslim world! Our Muslim brethren look to us when they feel vulnerable! We are passing through the most critical times. There are so many upcoming challenges that can only be responded and met by an accumulative strength. Pakistan by the Grace of the All-Mighty has the potential to translate the purpose of its existence from mere meaning to a tangible reality! Come what may the incomplete phases of the human history are inevitable to repeat!

On the international scale the significance Pakistan holds is enviable however on the domestic front there exist self-reformation barriers that must be run over for the things to to happen in normal reasonable course! The law must never be abused as crime otherwise it catches and punishes the violator however high-ranking an authority may be!

RIGHT IS MIGHT

A staunch believer in Truth knows that Rights are distinguished from Wrongs! It is not the state itself but the idealism of Islam that has inspired us to create this country! A state must never act as an idol, indifferent and insensitive to even the fundamental ideals of self-definition, and mustn't bind everyone to worship itself irrespective of right or wrong touchstone even as a higher authority than religion otherwise having lost purpose it is most likely to turn to a monster chopping own tender neck with own ruthless hands! It is impossible for my feet to refuse to carry my state of body to where my free will (heart and mind) has ordered me to present myself! This can simply not happen so yet it is still happening so! There will be a time when this long-seated mystery finally unfolds to the common eye! I think we are nearing narrower and narrower!

WHAT DOCTRINAL PRIDE IN IMAM HUSSAIN'S (علیہ السلام) MARTYRDOM ACTUALLY REQUIRES OF US

IT is equally applicable to both Muslims and non-Muslims to have cordial reverence for Hazat Imam Hussain (علیہ السلام) as Most Inspiring Martyr in self- precedence for the whole Humanity to follow so far as the Protection of the Right is concerned!

An eternal beacon of light as the Most Perseverant, it is Hazrat Imam Hussain (علیہ السلام) himself who has taught us that Rights are even more precious than life itself and Rights must be Protected at any cost! One mustn't feel frightened but must persevere!
Rights are Rights! No wrong can undo them!
Right of Life! Right of Religion! Right of Honour! Family Rights! Right of Ownership! Right of Social Justice!

What doctrinal Pride in Hazrat Imam Hussain's(علیہ السلام) Martyrdom actually requires of us is to stand on Right irrespective of the jeopardy of life. We ought to confront the tyrant , say no to admitting wrong conditions and protect our Rights although it may end up our killing the tyrant or getting ourselves killed! No matter the end becomes offensive or tragic, we must manfully adhere to the Protection of our Rights!

THAT IS WHY ADMINISTRATIVE COURTS ARE NON-EXISTENT

WE aren't lifeless objects! We are living in the heart of the very moment! We react to every wrongdoing that happens in front of us! We aren't blind to the bloody use of force claiming precious lives without any equitable accountability! 'Kill a thousand individuals and then Peace will prevail'- is a venomous mentality! Fixing all diseases with one bullet solution means the so-called administration has fallen prey to intended maladministration. No powerful seems to fear how fearsome end he can meet with bloodstained hands! In terms of reformation, it is a practical failure when the use of force is the only methodology! No administrative courts have been set up here to litigate and punish powerful wrongdoing! This is the chief hypocrisy of the system that for everyone else there are even unjustifiable laws whereas for the powerful themselves there are no laws at all. This is a self-conceived double standard! It can go for a while but it is never to go on forever! It is time we correct our courses of action and force especially when we are administering our own populace! It is praiseworthy to use the bloody force against the enemies but it is condemnable to use it against our own families and friends!
One of the principal features of Hazrat Umar's رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہہ equitable government was the establishment of administrative courts that nonstop checked the wrongdoing of the executive! Unless you are answerable for how you yourselves used your power, you are never entitled to enjoy that power that is a trust and not an inheritance!

FICTITIOUS LAWS INCUR PUBLIC WRATH

LAW is liberty and liberty is law! Both are inseparably one! Unless genuine laws are enforced and observed, liberty is impossible to prevail. This all is not a child's play! But despite irrefutable reality certain power holders don't refrain from committing heinous blunders taking themselves for Pharaohs- false claimants for all truthful powers! Such blue-headed are actually the worst criminals in the guise of so-called law enforcement.

It is now an open secret that whenever unworthy and ineligible gang of law-makers or enforcers jump to power, packs of inhuman laws are thrust upon forcibly! Blood spills like water! Principles, providences, norms, conventions are deliberately overlooked and by-passed! The devil in power thinks of himself to have been angelic! Such falsities cause irreparable loss to life and living! They undermine the human culture and civilization. They make everything chaotic and controversial.

Can anybody guess why they transgress such extremes? This clearly clashes with the existing system. They willingly or unwillingly want the system to collapse! But they just want to create an impact of fear among the populace so that they don't panic having seen the institutions failing and falling one after another! They pose themselves as reformists but actually they are deforming and dismantling everything that is ongoing normally.

They are never going to award capital punishment or death penalties on corruption, drinking alcohol, systematic plunder and loot of public exchequer! They are never going to serve voluntarily! They charge the maximum and serve the minimum. Their rule is designed to last on injustice, bloodshed, terrorism disunity، unchecked embezzlement etc. They think of themselves to be the law and the liberty. They systematically look down upon everyone else and behave in a way as if this country were their mothers' dowry or as if it were legal inheritance from their fathers. They show no respect or care for common men. They are proudly oblivious that this country was founded by Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah in the name of Islam. All their fallacies shall eventually vanish when a neck-breaking public grip tightens on them. I hope it is coming true very soon. They shall be accounted for all their crimes and atrocities.

NEARER TO THE CHURCH FARTHER FROM GOD

Doctrinal blunders never come from the majority at large, they always come from the organized minority in power! Doctrinal reforms however always originate from the revealed leadership in person and in book followed and preserved by the majority at large! No bloody bullheaded minority however organized by best serving personnel with all powers ought to be loose free to ravage the humanity at large merely driven by bigotry and war frenzy!
Has the world gone atheist and Godless? No it hasn't! Only an organized minority the sole beneficiary to the organized chaos the world is having to experience has gone atheist and Godless!
In today's world of instant information, disinformation and misinformation even a minor does know what the hell is going on and who the devil is raising it! All religions believe in God, His attributes, His actions, His powers! The life we all humans live irrespective of creed, colour and race ends in death! Even a single human being man or woman has not so far on record escaped it! If there exists a prophetic exemption that is miraculous and nonscientific but true! A belief in non-violence, non-aggression, non-oppression, no offence! Yet the so-called pseudo-religious powerful minorites are doing the opposite to what the doctrine does teach! The inviolable sanctity of life is mercilessly being violated with an utter neglect to humanism and universalism! Peace has been regarded to be a weakness -what a cold and brutal form the block headedness of the power mafia in the world has taken! Genocidal war frenzy has posed itself as the most alarming threat to the existence of the world and humanity with all their spiritual socio-economic and cultural diversity!
Pawns and puppets playing in the hands of enemies in power are seemingly identical to the power- rascals! How vulnerable to these menaces is everybody wherever in the world they may belong to!
But one thing is conclusively certain: the fall of the lesser system is the fall of the greater system! The war prevalence thrust upon peaceful nations seems to have proven itself as a design not from the human minds but from satanic minds! It is most forcefully condemnable and reactionary! Isn't it? Nations at stake they are tearing every robe!
How long will our world at large be quiet?
When will we stand up against oppression to counter fight?
Unless they receive a mouth smashing blow
Genocidal atrocities are not gonna slow!
How mercilessly the slaughter goes on!
How heart wrenchingly victims cry and mourn!
No pity, no mercy, no clemency
Aged, youth, children getting killed even in infancy!
Might is right but right isn't wrong!
