Mission: To keep continuity for Action & Implementation:
LIST OF Achievements:
1. Differ the ALE Examination as first Agenda items that pending since many years and removed all COURT Cases related to ALE Examination. Thousands of Young graduates Architect's get the PCATP Registration.
2. New mechanism for Non-accredited Batches & hundreds Pending cases cleared & get PCATP Registration.
3. Stemp via paid Stickers System (First polite project will be initiated with Development authority in KP) to remove the hurdles of Drawings stamp issue of Draftsman. Only Architect's will be authorised & linked with SDG,s. All Young Architect's will generate income in their home with PAID Stickers System.
4. PCATP FULLY ONLINE System, Registration, accreditation, Renwal, all activities to be carried out through PCATP App.
5. Approval of Regional offices, Peshawar, Lahore, Quetta & Karachi as well as Kashmir & Gilgit baltistan. This will will overcome issue of Architects, practice & will link PCATP & public sectors, jobs creations, practice issues, etc to be sloved through Regional offices. All Approval finalized and Opening of office will be depnds on coming New elected Committee. In Sha Allah.
6. Accredited two Batches of UET Abbottabad Campus that pending since 1.5 Years.
7. NoC to UET Peshawar main Campus (Hayatabad) for giving opportunities to capital city of KP & get admission local students and opportunities of Jobs for Architect's in Peshawar.
8. Approval of Professor of Practice (Opportunity for Practicing Architects) to links academia & practice which will create opportunity for young Architects and students to links with Practicing Architects & Firm's.
9. MoU with NEECA & recognised the ARCHITECTS with +80 Departments/Ministries and Secretary's of Pakistan about the importance & rule of Architects. This opportunity will places ARCHITECTS in different required sectors through NEECA & PM Program.
10. Registration Renwal for 5 Years and bio matric after 3 Year's. In Cass of life membership its in progress with legal advisor to Approve lifetime membership.
11. 25 Seats sectors of Architects in local Government & remaining 100 Tehsil Architects posts pending issues Approved for COURT CASE through PCATP, That BCA to appoint Architects as committed for 135 Seats. Furthermore also create opportunity for OVERAGE Architects & that cancelled paper's by KPPSC. The Government said that to give opportunity for all the remaining seats will be re-advertised which will be open opportunity for all Architects & also age factors issue and documents issues if any. Therefore due to BCA establishment we will appoint 25 first and the remaining will be to advertised as per requirements in all sector,s attached with BCA/LG/LCB/TMA etc.
12. Increase the number of SEATS (Faculty appointment) in all ARCHITECTURE Schools with ratio of 1:20/1:15. Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor and Lecturer to empower Architects and get jobs in Institutions.
13. Architects appointment in WORKS Departments (in all Public sector departments (BPS-17). The data collected and approved from EC and to notify through PCATP office for financial approval to all sectors (need follow up to achieve the targets) if this approved by Govt/finance department, hundreds of Jobs will announced to accommodate Architect's in WORKS Department.
14. Signed MoU between PCATP & IAP (2024) to work together for Architects & profession & PEC in progress.
15. Approval of two Separate Councils, Pakistan Council of Architects & Architecture which will be notify by Ministry soon. The Separate Council will be a path way for ARCHITECTS to work in future without hurdles for architects and architecture, to add WORD Architecture is a concept to control on development authorities I.e. Govt or Private, Societies, DHA/Fazaia, Bahria, All societies, to come under COUNCILS, the issue of CDA, DHA, PDA, etc that required Separate registration of Architects will be regrets in future and its will be open for all Architects to Stickers and Sign building drawings and Submissions to any authorities. The Concept of LEED will be introduced for building in Separate Council of Architects and Architecture. In Sha Allah
16. Relxation 25% fee to all schools of Architecture in accreditation visit fee to facilitate Universities.
17. Paid Internship program in Firm's and all Architecture Schools to accommodate and mandatory to provide Internship paid to young graduates will be benefits to Firm's and institutions in registration and accreditation.
18. Establishment of one of advanced Research Lab at Architecture Department HU, building information Modelling Research Lab (BIM) for certification to final years students and fresh graduates and links with outside world with TURKISH Agency of 24 Millions project Allhamdo Liallah in working status since July 2024.
19. The idea to implement OVERSEAS WING for graduates to do Jobs and Internships (Paid) its in progress now and will be implemented in coming tenure.
20. PCATP Research and Publication, Awards, Outstanding projects, competitions GRANTS approved through AGM 2024 with approved amount and awards for all schools best THESIS AWARDS in cash.
21. Link's of PCATP with International organisations it In progress and will be certification in coming tenure which will facilitate young Architects to Jobs anywhere as an ARCHITECT, PEC module followed by Chairman PCATP.
22. Increase the Number of intakes (Admission) 45 to 60, which will create opportunity for all schools, students and Architects.
23. PCATP Experience Certificate attestation in progress as to follow PEC Module as the ARCHITECTS to facilitate abroad, the agenda items approved and suggested for Module & Implementation in near future.
24. PCATP property of 562 Kanals land in RAWALPINDI, The case in progress and mostly documentation ready for for onward practical step.
25. TECHNICAL Allowance for architects, this issue in progress with Govt organisation through PCATP OFFICE. & Senior positions of Architects, Chief Architects.
26. PEC Consultants Design Projects and ARCHITECTURE Firm's Design Rights, one of serious issue, this is Communicated with PEC and different organisations, in progress towards practical step through PCATP OFFICE & legal advisors.
27. A idea of Implementation of linkages between Architects & Industrial Zones and Industry to provide PAID Internships & Jobs in Industry, one of future agenda items and as well as with Government sectors, Educational, Health, Technologies, etc.
28. PCATP Observers, HoD,s, Faculty development thesis Training program throughout the Country & trained Hundreds of New ARCHITECTS.
29. Extended PCATP to Kashmir, to give opportunity for ARCHITECTS belongs to AJK.
30. Representation of PCATP with Minister,s Governor, Secretary's, Organizations for promotion of Architects & Architecture.
There are many more points that will be shared with all about my agenda items contributions/Works/Approval & efforts for the profession which will be overall 70% agenda items that presented & approved.
