Moro Graduates Society (MGS) is the organization of the dedicated youth, rendering services in the field of education. "MGS Honourary Cabinet"

MOTIVATIONAL BIOGRAPHY:

"Meet Young Advocate Aitzaz Aslam Abbasi"

- He got his higher secondary education from his home town Moro. In his teen age, his mind was quite clear regarding his future. So, instead of going for Medical or Engineering, he choose LLB as his career.

- Subsequently, he got admission in LL.B Zulfikar Ali Bhutto of Law Karachi. He was quite active student in University. He joined Jinnah Ka Pakistan Lawyers Forum as a general member and then worked as Head of SZABUL Wing for the aforesaid forum. During this period he not only attended sessions on Legal Topics but also deriverd his knowledge to the newbies physically as well as via Facebook and Zoom.
Moreover, he attended Workshops, Sessions, Seminars and Conferences regarding legal education during his University. He always endeavoured to maintained a balance between his studies and extra cricurial activities.

- After his graduation, he Joined Barrister Sarmad Hani Muslim s/o Aamir Hani Muslim ( Retd. Justice Supreme Court of Pakistan).

- Initially he joined Sarmad Hani & Co as interne but Barrister Sarmad Hani Muslim offered Adv Aitzaz Aslam to join his firm as an Associate.

- Ever since his joining, he worked on matters pertaining to Constitution, Service, NAB and Civil litigation.

- As he was enthusiastic enough and highly focused , his senior recognized his potential and encouraged him to work on most famous cases of Pakistan.

- Some of the cases in which He assisted his Senior Barrister Sarmad Hani Muslim are given Below:

1. Supreme Court's Suo Motu Reference on Deputy Speaker Qasim Suri's ruling in which he dismissed no-confidence motion against Ex-PM Imran Khan and subsequently dissolved national assembly. In this reference Adv Aitzaz Aslam burnt midnight oil and did research work for his senior and cited numerous case laws on said issue from Constitutional History of Pakistan, India & UK. Consequently, decision came in favour of his Senior's client Shahbaz Shahrif who later on became Prime Minister of Pakistan.

2. Presidential Reference No. 1/2022 seeking opinion of Supreme Court on Article 63-A of Constitution which seeks disqualification of parliamentarians over defection. It was maintained by ex-PM Imran Khan that his party's MNA s were involved in Horse Trading. In this case Adv Aitzaz Aslam carried out excellent research and the short order of Supreme Court came in his senior's favour.

3. C.P No. 7622/2018 in this case Sindh Govt. had illegally merged PCS and PSS and introduced PMS. As a result Assistant Commissioners and Section Officers were merged. However, when the clients approached Sarmad Hani and Co, very young and talented Adv Aitzaz Aslam assisted his Senior and once again got the relief for their clients from High Court.

(House Officer at Chandka Medical College Larkana and An Aspiring Neurosurgeon):

- He is resident of Moro City orignally belongs to "Mithiani".

- He was in 9th class where he decided to Become "A Good Doctor" after seeing malpractice and negligence in the Medical Field.

- He did matriculation from "GBHS School Mithiani" in 2013 and Intermediate from "Star Grammar Higher Secondary School Naushahro" in 2015.

- He worked hard during pre-entrance preparation, also appeared in MGS Self Assessment test 2015 but couldn't score enough that matches the selection criteria, He failed in 1st Attempt.

- He also applied for Second Lieutenant in Army same year but rejected. But with All rejections He again appeared in Second attempt with more courage and got Selected in "MBBS" at Chandka Medical Larkana with Inital of only "38.5" in 2016.

- Currently he is doing housejob at Chanka Medical College Larkana and your future Neurosurgeon is In Progress.

- She obtained her secondary education from IPS Moro and She did FSc in Pre-Medical group from Intelligentsia science college Moro in 2016.

- After completion of FSC, She worked hard for preparations of MCAT Entrance Test, She focussed over text books and reference books,She obtained excellent guidelines from her seniors in the relevant field.
Finally she cracked MCAT Entrance test for admission in MBBS CMC larkana and she secured top 14th position on merit basis.

- Mean-while, She continued her commitment regarding her career due to which she completed her MBBS bachelor's degree in mean time.

A Motivational Biography Of Dr. Junaid U Rehman Kalhoro, Postgraduate Trainee, Orthopaedic Surgery, At SMBBMU Larkana and Medical officer at Civil Hospital Naushahro Feroze.
(Member MGS 2012)

He did his primary education from Ahmed Shah and Karam Shah School Moro and passed matriculation from govt. Boys high school moro in 2009. After that He did intermediate from Mehran degree college moro in 2011.

He worked hard and became successful to pass entry test for MDCAT-2011 and got admission in SMBBMU Larkana in 40 Batch.

He graduated in 2017 and started his house job training in the same year at Chandka Medical college Hospital Larkana.

Along with House job he also prepared for FCPS part 1 in Surgery and allied which he cleared in First attempt and started his Training in Surgical Unit 1 CMC hospital Larkana in 2019.

He also passed sindh public service commission exam held in 2018-19 for the post of Medical officer BPS-17 and posted at Civil Hospital Naushahro Feroze.

Currently he is doing PGship in Orthopaedic Surgery ,Civil Hospital Larkana.
