بلڈ ڈونر سوسائٹی، یونیورسٹی آف اوکاڑہ: انسانیت کی خدمت میں ایک روشن قدم

یونیورسٹی آف اوکاڑہ ہمیشہ تعلیمی میدان میں نمایاں رہنے کے ساتھ ساتھ سماجی خدمات کے شعبے میں بھی اپنی مثال آپ رہی ہے۔ اسی جذبے کی ایک شاندار مثال بلڈ ڈونر سوسائٹی ہے، جو انسانی جانوں کو بچانے اور معاشرے میں شعور بیدار کرنے کے مشن کے ساتھ قائم کی گئی ہے۔

بلڈ ڈونر سوسائٹی کا قیام ایک ایسے وقت میں عمل میں آیا جب خون کی کمی کی وجہ سے ہسپتالوں میں بے شمار مریض زندگی اور موت کی کشمکش میں مبتلا ہوتے ہیں۔ خون کی ایک بوتل کسی کے لیے زندگی کی نوید بن سکتی ہے۔ اس حقیقت کو مدنظر رکھتے ہوئے، یونیورسٹی کے باشعور طلبہ نے اس سوسائٹی کی بنیاد رکھی تاکہ وہ انسانیت کی خدمت کا فریضہ ادا کر سکیں۔

سوسائٹی کا بنیادی مقصد محفوظ، بروقت اور رضاکارانہ بنیادوں پر خون کی فراہمی کو یقینی بنانا ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ، سوسائٹی معاشرے میں خون عطیہ کرنے کے حوالے سے پائی جانے والی غلط فہمیوں اور جھجک کو دور کرنے کے لیے آگاہی مہمات کا انعقاد بھی کرتی ہے۔ سیمینارز، ورکشاپس، بلڈ ڈونیشن کیمپ اور آگاہی واکس کے ذریعے عوام الناس کو یہ پیغام دیا جاتا ہے کہ خون عطیہ کرنا نہ صرف محفوظ عمل ہے بلکہ یہ ایک عظیم انسانی خدمت بھی ہے۔

بلڈ ڈونر سوسائٹی میں مختلف فیکلٹیز سے وابستہ رضاکار طلبہ شامل ہیں جو اپنی صلاحیتوں اور جذبے کے ساتھ دن رات اس مشن کو کامیاب بنانے کے لیے کوشاں ہیں۔ سوسائٹی نہ صرف یونیورسٹی کے طلبہ کو بلڈ ڈونر نیٹ ورک کا حصہ بناتی ہے بلکہ قریبی ہسپتالوں، فلاحی اداروں اور دیگر سماجی تنظیموں کے ساتھ بھی روابط استوار کرتی ہے تاکہ خون کی فوری ضرورت کے وقت فوری رسپانس ممکن ہو۔

یہ کہنا بے جا نہ ہوگا کہ بلڈ ڈونر سوسائٹی ایک ایسی مشعل راہ ہے جو نوجوان نسل کو خدمتِ خلق کا شعور دے رہی ہے۔ یہ صرف خون عطیہ کرنے کی بات نہیں، بلکہ زندگی کو بچانے کا ایک عملی مظہر ہے۔

آئیے! ہم سب اس کارِ خیر میں اس سوسائٹی کا ساتھ دیں۔ اگر آپ صحت مند ہیں، تو اپنے خون کا عطیہ دے کر کسی کو نئی زندگی کا تحفہ دیں۔ یاد رکھیں، آپ کا ایک قطرہ کسی کی پوری زندگی بدل سکتا ہے۔
