As part of the Capacity Building of Staff of PESCO, HRDC-IMSciences has organised a specialized training on Supply Chain Management.

The session will be led by Engr. Syed Makhdum Ali, an internationally experienced Supply Chain Management Consultant and Professional SCM Trainer with over 35 years of global experience across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. A Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport (UK), he has extensive expertise in procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, ERP systems, and strategic supply chain operations.

This training will provide participants with practical tools and industry best practices to optimize supply chain performance, strengthen procurement processes, improve operational efficiency, and build resilient systems capable of meeting today's evolving organizational demands.
