The MS-MLS Orientation Ceremony for Fall 2026 was successfully organized at Riphah International University, Al-Mizan Campus, to warmly welcome the newly enrolled postgraduate students to their academic journey.

The ceremony aimed to familiarize the new cohort with the academic ecosystem, departmental expectations, university governance, and examination frameworks, helping students gain a clear understanding of their postgraduate academic responsibilities and opportunities.

Day 2 of the PEARL Faculty Development Program 2026 at the Department of Physical Therapy, Al-Mizan Campus, Riphah International University, continued with an inspiring series of sessions focused on advancing educational quality, assessment practices, and research excellence.

The day commenced with an engaging session by Prof. Dr. Huma Riaz on Assessment of Practical Competence, where participants explored effective strategies for evaluating clinical skills and ensuring competency-based learning.

This was followed by Dr. Suman Sheraz, who delivered a practical session on Statistical Analysis Made Easy, simplifying statistical concepts and demonstrating their application in academic research.

The final session was conducted by Prof. Dr. Imran Amjad on Sample Size Calculation using G*Power, equipping faculty members with essential skills for designing high-quality, scientifically sound research studies.

The interactive sessions provided participants with valuable knowledge and practical tools to strengthen teaching, assessment, and research practices. 🌟 Mentoring Training Session for FRAHS Faculty 🌟
The Faculty of Rehabilitation and Allied Health Sciences (FRAHS), Riphah International University, successfully conducted a Mentoring Training Session aimed at strengthening faculty mentoring skills and enhancing student support through effective guidance and communication.
The interactive session focused on developing a growth mindset, understanding personality types (MBTI), and recognizing the difference between learning preferences and learning capabilities. Faculty members also explored the evolving role of educators as mentors and counsellors, emphasizing the importance of active listening, effective communication, and personalized mentoring strategies.
Participants engaged in meaningful discussions on adapting mentoring approaches to different student personalities, encouraging learners to step beyond their comfort zones, and helping them realize their individual potential. The session concluded with an engaging discussion that reinforced the vital role of mentoring in fostering students' academic, personal, and professional growth.
