B.E in Environmental Engineering from any HEC recognized university/institution with 1st division in the academic career.

INSTRUCTIONS:

· All the positions are purely temporary, and only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. The final selection will be decided by the expert panel based on candidate’s performance in the interview/test.

🌱 Strengthening Waste Segregation at IEEM, MUET

The Institute of Environmental Engineering & Management (IEEM), Mehran University of Engineering & Technology (MUET), Jamshoro, warmly welcomed the team from Pak-Atlas today.
As part of the ongoing collaboration under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between IEEM, MUET and Pak-Atlas, the company generously sponsored and provided waste segregation dustbins for the Institute.
The newly installed colour-coded bins will facilitate the segregation of glass, plastic, and paper waste at source, promoting responsible waste management practices and environmental awareness among students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
This initiative reflects the shared commitment of IEEM and Pak-Atlas towards sustainable campus development, effective solid waste management, resource recovery, and a cleaner environment.
We sincerely appreciate Pak-Atlas for this valuable contribution and look forward to further strengthening our academic–industry collaboration for innovative and sustainable waste management solutions.

IEEM, MUET Establishes Pakistan’s First AAEES Student Chapter 🇵🇰

The Institute of Environmental Engineering & Management (IEEM), Mehran University of Engineering & Technology (MUET), Jamshoro, Sindh is proud to announce the successful establishment of the Student Chapter of the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists (AAEES).

With this achievement, MUET becomes the first university in Pakistan to host an AAEES Student Chapter.

This milestone marks a significant step forward for environmental engineering education in Pakistan and strengthens the connection between IEEM students and the global environmental community.

🌱 Strengthening Academia–Industry Collaboration for a Sustainable Future! 🌍

The Institute of Environmental Engineering & Management (IEEM), MUET, Jamshoro, in collaboration with Pak-Altas Solid Waste Management Company, Hyderabad, continues to strengthen academia–industry linkages through its MoU.
🎓 Internship Certificate Distribution
A certificate distribution ceremony was held at the Pak-Altas office, celebrating IEEM students who successfully completed their summer internships and gained valuable practical exposure to solid waste management.
🔬 From Learning to Industry-Based Research
The collaboration has also expanded with the introduction of two FYP groups from the 23EE batch, who will undertake industry-based research projects addressing practical solid waste management challenges.
This collaboration is a strong step toward turning classroom knowledge into real-world solutions and preparing the next generation of environmental engineers for sustainable development. 🌍♻️
