پاکستان میں بہت سے قابل طلبہ ایسے ہیں جو مالی، خاندانی یا دیگر وجوہات کی بنا پر بیرونِ ملک جا کر PhD نہیں کر سکتے۔ ایسے طلبہ کے لیے Higher Education Commission Pakistan کا Indigenous PhD Fellowship Program ایک سنہری موقع ہے، جو نہ صرف مالی معاونت فراہم کرتا ہے بلکہ ملک کے اندر ہی عالمی معیار کی تحقیق کا راستہ بھی ہموار کرتا ہے۔

یہ پروگرام کیا ہے؟
HEC کا Indigenous Fellowship ایک مکمل فنڈڈ اسکالرشپ ہے جس کے تحت طلبہ پاکستان کی منتخب یونیورسٹیوں میں PhD کر سکتے ہیں۔ اس پروگرام کا مقصد ملک میں ریسرچ کلچر کو مضبوط کرنا اور ہنر مند سائنسدان تیار کرنا ہے۔

اہلیت (Eligibility Criteria)
اگر آپ اس پروگرام میں اپلائی کرنا چاہتے ہیں تو آپ کو درج ذیل شرائط پوری کرنا ہوں گی:

پاکستانی/آزاد کشمیر کے شہری ہوں

MS/MPhil (18 سالہ تعلیم) مکمل ہو

کم از کم 3.0 CGPA یا First Division

HEC کا HAT/GRE (Subject) ٹیسٹ پاس کیا ہو

عمر عام طور پر 35 سال سے کم (کچھ صورتوں میں رعایت)

PhD میں داخلہ لینے کے لیے کسی HEC-recognized یونیورسٹی میں منتخب ہوں

کن مضامین میں اپلائی کیا جا سکتا ہے؟
یہ پروگرام تقریباً تمام disciplines کے لیے ہے، مگر ریاضی کے طلبہ کے لیے خاص مواقع موجود ہیں:
