World Radiology Day is an international healthcare awareness campaign observed on the 8th of November every year to enhance public awareness of the vital role played by diagnostic imaging; radiation therapy and radiographers in healthcare management.

To honor this significant development in the healthcare sector, the Department of Radiology Technology, Kmu Institute of Health Sciences Swabi celebrated the day with a cake-cutting ceremony.
Faculty and students participated in the event and recalled the extended and crucial role of imagining technologists in healthcare provision.

یوم اقبال(9 نومبر)
اقبال! وہ ہستی کہ جس نے اس جہان والوں کو خودی، امید، عروج، مشقت، وفا، محبت، توقل اور بہادری جیسی تمام تر صلاحیتیوں کو نا صرف قلم بند کیا بلکہ اس کو ایک ابھرتی ہوئی قوم کے دلوں میں پیوست بھی کیا اور ایک انقلاب عظیم برپا کیا جس کی بنا پر ہم اس مملکت خداداد پاکستان کے وجود کو یقینی بنا سکے۔

9 نومبر بطور اقبال ڈے یعنی "علامہ اقبال دن" کے منایا جاتا ہے۔ اقبال کی انقلابی شاعری نے نہ صرف برصغیر کے مسمانوں میں ایک ولولہ پیدا کیا بلکہ ارد گرد کے مسلمانوں کے ایمان کو بھی تقویت بخشی۔ اقبال شاید اپنے لئے ہی کہہ گئے تھے کہ
"ہزاروں سال نرگس اپنی بے نوری پہ روتی ہے
بڑی مشکل سے ہوتا ہے چمن میں دیدہ ور پیدا"
یوں تو ہر سال 9 نومبر آتا ہے لیکن ہر سال اقبال نہیں آتا اب اس کے لئے ہزاروں سال منتظر رہنا پڑے گا۔

# اللہ تعالیٰ آپ کے درجات بلند فرمائے اور ہمیں اقبال سا حقیقی شعور عطا فرمائے اور جدو جہد مسلسل کی توفیق عطا فرمائے۔آمین یا رب العالمین 🤲❤️
