PhD Fellowship in Inorganic Chemistry

Highly motivated PhD student to contribute to research and teaching at the Institute of Chemistry at the University of Kassel (Germany).

The candidate will pursue research in the development of low-valent aluminium species to find applications for small molecule activation. The chosen candidate will be funded for a maximum of three years through a fellowship.

Together with the PI, Dr Fabian Dankert a new group is to be established, and research will be conducted on experimenta! and theoretical levels.

A high ability to work in a team as well as intrinsic motivation for conducting and publishing research are mandatory.

Which qualifications? An ideal PhD candidate would have:
A bachelor's and master's degree in chemistry, ideally with focus on organometallic chemistry
Heightened sense of responsibility, high degree of enthusiasm, intrinsic motivation in research and team spirit Experience in synthetic chemistry - ideally under inert conditions (Schlenk-line, Glovebox) Routine in characterizing novel compounds (NMR, MS,..) Excellent communicative skills in English
Problem-solving and teaching skills
A precise, careful and well-structured way of working
Experience with quantum chemical calculations (DFT, ...) and/or crystallography (refinement within OLEX2,..)
When? As soon as possible (the position will be open until it is filled)

اسکے بعد انجینئرنگ آتی ہے۔ robotic engineering سیکھیں، مکینیکل engineer بنیں ۔ سوفٹویئر انجینئر بہترین ہے ۔ آنے والا دور آرٹیفیشل انٹیلیجنس کا ہے اس لیے انفارمیشن ٹیکنالوجی کی کوئی بھی ڈگری ہو بہترین ہے خاص طور پر آرٹیفیشل انٹیلیجنس سے related degree بہترین ہے ۔ electronic engineering بہترین ہے۔ یہ تمام ڈگریاں آپ کو پاکستان سے باہر جابز حاصل کرنے میں مدد دیں گی کیوں کہ یہ سب ٹیکنیکل پروفیشنل تعلیم ہے جس کی پوری دنیا میں ڈیمانڈ ہے
پاکستان میں ان ڈگریوں کی ڈیمانڈ کا انحصار پاکستان کی معیشت پر ہے اگر تو پاکستان کی معیشت ایسی ہی رہتی ہے کوئی تبدیلی نہیں آتی تو پھر کسی ڈگری کی ڈیمانڈ پاکستان میں نہیں ہو گی لیکن اگر انویسٹمنٹ ہوتی ہے کارخانے لگتے ہیں نئے نئے بزنس کھلتے ہیں ریسرچ سینٹرز بنتے ہیں ۔ ہر طرح کی مینوفیکچرنگ ہوتی ہے تو پھر ہر ڈگری کی ڈیمانڈ ہو گی جسکا اُوپر ذکر کیا گیا ہے۔
آنے والا دور آرٹیفیشل انٹیلیجنس کا دور ہے روبوٹس کا دور ہے سائنس اور ٹیکنولوجی کا دور ہے۔ Blockchain ٹیکنولوجی کا دور ہے۔ blockchain technology میں degree لیں۔ یہ ڈگری آپ کو دنیا میں کہیں بھی جاب لینے میں مدد دے گی ۔ اگلے پانچ دس سال میں ان degrees کی بہت زیادہ ویلیو ہو گی۔ انٹرنیشنل ریلیشنز ، پولیٹیکل سائنس ، ایم اے انگلش ، ایم اے عربی ایم اے اسلامیات ایم اے فارسی ماس کمیونیکیشن ایم اے فلاں ایم اے ڈھمکاں جیسی ڈگریوں سے دور رہیں تو آپ کے لیے بہتر ہو گا
اگلے پانچ دس سالوں میں سعودی عرب کو لاکھوں انجینئرز ، آئی ٹی پروفیشنلز ، میڈیکل پروفیشنلز کی ضرورت ہو گی جس سے آپ کو بہت فائدہ ہو سکتا ہے۔ aviation technology ، solar technology کی degrees بھی مستقبل کے لیے بہترین ہوں گی۔ مستقبل میں electronics کا استعمال بہت بڑھ جائے گا اس لیے electronic engineering ، iskay علاوہ renewable energy کے بڑھتے استعمال کی وجہ سے renewable energy technology کی ڈگری بہت کام آئے گی

ایم اے انگلش سے جتنا دور بھاگ سکتے ہیں بھاگ لیں اسکے بلکل نزدیک نہ جائیں۔ اپنا وقت پیسہ اور مستقبل تباہ کریں گے ۔ پاکستانیوں کو انگریزی کی ٹیوشنیں پڑھانی ہیں تو ایم اے انگلش بہترین سبجیکٹ ہے ۔ایڈمشن سے پہلے کیریئر کونسلنگ ضرور کریں
