PhD Public Defense at Department of Computer Science & IT, University of Malakand:

Mr. Abdus Salam has successfully defended his PhD thesis titled “A COMPUTATIONAL APPROACH OF COGNITIVE STRESS ASSESSMENT USING CROSS-MODAL CORRELATION OF EEG AND ECG SIGNALS” at the Department of Computer Science and IT, University of Malakand under the supervision of Dr. Fakhre Alam, Associate Professor & co-supervision of Prof. Dr. Sami Ur Rahman.

His work received strong recommendations from national and international examiners, Prof.Dr. Sajid Anwar, Professor and Head of the School of Computer Science & IT at the Institute of Management Sciences (IM|Sciences), Peshawar) and Dr. Farman Ali (Associate Professor, Department of Applied AI, School of Convergence, College of Computing and Informatics, Sungkyunkwan University, Seoul, South Korea.

He has produced five research articles—three published in reputable international journals and two under review.
