A productive teacher training session on the importance of Collaborative Learning and Team Work was conducted by the Principal Syed Farhan Basit for the Junior and Middle Wing teachers on Thursday, 14 May 2026.
The session focused on collaborative learning or learning in groups, with the help of the underpinning theory of Social Constructivism by Lev Vygotsky. Through group dynamics and engaging activities, teachers were guided on how to effectively carry on group work activities in classrooms.
The session highlighted how collaboration, mutual support, and effective coordination among teachers contribute to a positive learning environment and improved student development.
The teachers took keen interest and learned a good deal, making the session highly productive and beneficial for strengthening professional skills and achieving institutional goals.
