Kiya Gya Ha Ghulami Mein Mubtala Tujh Ko
Ke Tujh Se Ho Na Saki Faqr Ki Nighebani

You have got bo***ge as a fit reward,
For you have failed to keep on faqr a guard.

فقیری اور درویشی میں تمھاری آزادی، سر بلندی اور شان و شوکت تھی۔ تم اس کی حفاظت نہ کر سکے۔ تم نے اس کی قدروقیمت نہ جانی اور پر کشش دنیوی چیزیں حاصل کر لینے کے چکر میں تم سیاسی اور ثقافتی غلامی میں مبتلا کر دیے گئے۔ تم اپنی درویشی اور بے نیازی پرہی خوش رہتے تو یہ دن نہ دیکھنے پڑتے۔
