Community Outreach Awareness Session :
Ms. Uzma Khalid Ghori, Sr. Lecturer in Department of Education successfully conducted an interactive awareness session on 18 May 2026. Title of activity is “Creating Inclusive Classrooms: Identifying, Understanding, and Supporting Diverse Learners” The interactive session reflects the participation of school administration, teachers, and mothers.

The activity was conducted as part of the University of Wah’s vision of community services and educational outreach.

The session highlighted today’s learners’ challenges, identification of learning difficulties, inclusive classroom practices, and the shared responsibilities of parents and teachers in supporting children within mainstream classrooms. Participants actively engaged in discussions and practical activities focused on creating supportive, empathetic, and inclusive learning environments.

FG School #3 for Girls conducted the final evaluation of prospective teachers as part of the BS student internship program. The students demonstrated their teaching skills, classroom management, and subject knowledge through practical lessons. It was great to see their confidence, dedication, and passion for education. This internship evaluation is an important step in preparing them for their future teaching careers. Well done to all the interns and thank you to the staff for guiding them throughout the process.

𝐏𝐨𝐝𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐭𝐬 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲

Directorate of Media and Publications, University of Wah, organized a session of its podcast series titled “Artificial Intelligence: Transforming Education and Society” on 12 May 2026. The session was hosted by Ms. Dimple Kumari, lecturer, Department of Psychology, as part of efforts to promote academic dialogue and awareness about emerging technologies.

The podcast featured Dr. Jan Alam, Assistant Professor, Department of Education, who highlighted the growing impact of Artificial Intelligence in education, research, and professional development. He emphasized its role in enhancing learning and innovation while stressing ethical, responsible, and value-based use of technology. The session concluded with the message that AI-driven awareness and education can support Pakistan’s progress toward a more skilled and technologically empowered future.
