The Faculty Development Academy at COMSATS University Islamabad successfully conducted a 2-day intensive training program titled โ€œ6C Framework in Practice โ€“ Outcome-Based Teaching, Alignment and Assessmentโ€ on August 24-25, 2026.
The training was designed to equip faculty members with practical knowledge and skills for the effective implementation of Outcome-Based Education (OBE). Through a series of structured and interactive sessions, participants explored the practical application of the 6C Framework, alignment of Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs) with Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs) and graduate attributes, effective use of Bloomโ€™s Taxonomy, and development of outcome-aligned lesson plans and assessment strategies.
The program was facilitated by eight distinguished resource persons and adopted a hands-on, workshop-based approach, enabling participants to translate the concepts into practical applications within their respective courses.
