1) Accounting :
Since it has been established, the Department of Accounting has become one major department in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences that shows constant and fast growing. in Accounting have to complete successfully 131 credit hours which include university, college and department c
ompulsory and elective and “free” courses.
2) Business Administration :
The Department of Business Administrationt was emerged in 1978 as one of the main departments of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. Since its establishment, the department has endeavored to supply well qualified graduates who are prepared academically and practically with required knowledge and skills to meet needs of national and international employment markets.
3) Economics :
The department has been emerged to reinforce the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences’ philosophy for serving the community and providing the local and international markets with high qualified workforce, who have the knowledge and ambition. The Department of Economics at present offers a single specialization in the field of Economics. degree in Economics must complete successfully 131 credit hours which include university, college and department compulsory and elective courses, in addition to "free" requirements.
4) Finance :
The department of finance is mindful of the key role the university plays in the development of productive citizens and future professional, of the contributions of the faculty and students to the generation of new knowledge and of the impact on multiple levels of Community and society. Our vision is to see the department as part of larger school of economics and part of larger societal systems and dynamically fueled by the process of involvement- involvement in world affairs; involvement in the needs of individuals and their Communities, businesses, industries, and governments, involvement in the nurturing of inquisitive minds; involvement in the transfer of ideas from the university to the market place and involvement of societal problems in our towns, cities and the region.
5) Marketing :
In consistent with the mission of AN- Najah National University and the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, in coping with the requirements of the new era and contributing to the building of a promising generation of the Palestinian people, given the growing demand for graduates of this field of specialty in the field of business, the Marketing Department was established at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 1999 - 2000, to be the first marketing department on the level of the Palestinian universities. It became a separate department in the first semester of the academic year 2003 -2004. The Marketing Department currently has seven faculty members of PhD's and master's specialized in marketing. It is considered to be the third department in the Faculty in terms of total number of students.
6) Political Science :
The department of Political sciences is considered one main foundation of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at An-Najah National University. Since its establishment, the department has worked persistently for preparing students to be political-oriented thinkers through reinforcing their analytical and intellectual skills in the political field. The Department of Political Science offers a single specialization in Political Science. degree in this specialization must successfully complete 131 credit hours which include university, college and department compulsory, elective and "free"
