جلسة تعريفية حول منح مؤسسة PSSAR في الجامعات الكندية ومبادرة المختبرات التوأم (Twin Lab initiative)
عقد مكتب العلاقات الأكاديمية الخارجية في جامعة بيرزيت، جلسة تعريفية (Info Session) مخصصة لعرض الفرص المتاحة من منح للدراسات العليا ومبادرة المختبرات التوأم (Twin Lab initiative) للتعاون الأكاديمي مع الجامعات الكندية والمقدمة من مؤسسة Palestinian Student and Scholar at Risk – PSSAR وذلك يوم السبت الموافق 09/05/2026.
حضر الجلسة عدد من المهتمين من أعضاء الهيئة الأكاديمية، والباحثين، بالإضافة إلى عدد من طلبة الدراسات العليا والبكالوريوس.
قدم فريق PSSAR عرضاً شاملاً للحضور، حيث تم التعريف بفرص الماجستير والدكتوراه المتاحة في الجامعات الكندية، وآلية التقديم والشروط اللازمة للحصول على القبول والمنحة، موضحين المزايا التي توفرها هذه المنح الممولة بالكامل.
كما تناولت الجلسة أيضاً تقديم حول كيفية بناء تعاون بحثي مشترك من خلال مبادرة المختبرات التوأم (Twin Lab initiative)، حيث تم تسليط الضوء على هذه المبادرة التي تهدف إلى تعزيز الشراكات البحثية بين الباحثين في جامعة بيرزيت ونظرائهم في الجامعات الكندية.
تلا ذلك فقرة للنقاش المباشر، حيث أجاب ممثلو المؤسسة على استفسارات الحضور حول التخصصات المتاحة وطرق التشبيك الأكاديمي.
تأتي هذه الجلسة ضمن رؤية جامعة بيرزيت ممثلة بمكتب العلاقات الأكاديمية الخارجية فتح آفاق عالمية أمام طلبتها وباحثيها، مما يساهم في تطوير الكادر الوطني وتبادل الخبرات والمعرفة مع المؤسسات التعليمية الكندية.

Type of Scholarship: Master’s

Deadline: 5 June 2026

Funding:

Tuition Fee
A subsistence allowance amounting to €1300 per month
One return journey (Palestine – Malta - Palestine), the cost of which is capped at €1000.
Visa expenses to be capped at €350.

Research-in-Residence Fellowships at the University of Passau 2026/2027-Germany

The External Academic Relations Office is pleased to announce a visiting position at the University of Passau. It will fund full-time fellowships for short-term research stays of at least two months (preferably longer) and up to six months in duration. The call is open to all research topics and methodologies. Whilst there is no restriction on research topics, the applicant’s research topic must be supported by a host and priority is given to topics that are related to one or more of Passau University’s research profile, consisting: Established research areas: Cybersecurity and Data Protection, Digital Platforms, Resilient Democracies and AI &Language. And Emerging research areas: Sustainable Transformation, Integrated Health, and European Identities

Type of Scholarship: Research-in-Residence

Deadline: 15 May 2026.

Funding:

PICAIS fellows have:

• full access to all University services

• a fully equipped office space

• access to the university computer network

• general access to the communal facilities and common room areas

Fellows receive a full-time fellowship, paid as a lump sum, which covers:

• accommodation and living expenses in Passau

• travel expenses/mobility allowance

• a contribution towards research costs.

The fellowship stipend depends on the applicant’s country of residence and the length of stay.
