"Centrul de Proiectari pentru Proiecte de Dezvoltare Durabila" cu acronimul "CPPDD". Centrul de Proiectări pentru Proiecte de Dezvoltare Durabilă (acronim: CPPDD) s-a înfiinţat în conformitate cu art. 133 din Legea 1 / 2011, în baza Deciziei DIMSIA din 21.09.2012, sub numele de Centrul de Proiectări pentru Proiecte de Dezvoltare Durabilă (CPPDD), ca centru de sine stătător în cadrul DIMSIA, Universitatea din Piteşti, beneficiind şi uzând după caz, conform legii, de reprezentabilitatea juridică a Universităţii din Piteşti. Centrul de Proiectări pentru Proiecte de Dezvoltare Durabilă (CPPDD) are ca misiune să creeze cadrul logistic şi administrativ pentru realizarea de proiecte de dezvoltare durabilă de către studenţii şi cadrele didactice ale DIMSIA. Sediul oficial al Centrului de Proiectări pentru Proiecte de Dezvoltare Durabilă (CPPDD) se află în România, localitatea Piteşti, str. Târgul din Vale, 1, corp S, parter, camera S006. CPPDD funcţionează pe termen nedeterminat, în conformitate cu legile României şi cu hotărârile DIMSIA.

Thriving Schools Partners Meet in Milan for the 2nd Transnational Project Meeting! 🤝
📍 On 5-6 October 2026, the AI-Literacy consortium gathered in Reggio Emilia, Italy, for its second Transnational Project Meeting, hosted by the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (UNIMORE).
🌱 The two-day meeting provided an opportunity to review project achievements, exchange experiences, and coordinate the next steps towards promoting critical and ethical AI use in educational organisations.
📊 Discussions focused on progress in Teachers' Competences Framework (WP2), status of Learning Modules & Educational Resources development (WP3), Pre- and In-Service Teachers' Professional Development (WP4 and WP5), Quality Assurance, Monitoring and Evaluation (WP6), Dissemination, Networking, and Sustainability (WP7), and of course Project Management & Administration (WP1). Partners also addressed priorities for the next implementation phase.
🤝 Special attention was given to strengthening cooperation across work packages, aligning responsibilities, and planning upcoming activities.

📍 On 1–2 October 2026, the Thriving Schools consortium gathered in Milan, Italy, for its second Transnational Project Meeting, hosted by the University of Milano-Bicocca (UNIMIB).
🌱 The two-day meeting provided an opportunity to review project achievements, exchange experiences, and coordinate the next steps towards promoting mental health and well-being in schools.

🍂 A New School Year, a New Chapter for Thriving Schools in Romania!
🏫 With schools reopening in September 2026, the Romanian Thriving Schools team launched preparations for the second year of intervention’s implementation!
🤝 The UNSTPB-CUPIT project team met with the Master Trainers to distribute Year 2 responsibilities and establish the allocation of Master Trainers to participating schools. A coordination meeting with the Argeș County School Inspectorate (ISJ Argeș) team focused on strengthening cooperation and ensuring effective support for Master Trainers and School Teams.
📋 Preparations also included developing Romania's Year 2 Action Plan and reviewing the materials, templates, and evidence collection requirements needed for consistent implementation and monitoring.
🌱 Building on the experience gained during Year 1, the Romanian partners are ready to continue their journey towards more supportive, inclusive, and well-being-oriented school environments!

📢 Romania Completes Year 1 Research Report for Thriving Schools!
🎯 An important milestone has been reached in Romania! The research team at the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest – Pitești University Centre (CUPIT) has completed the Year 1 Research Implementation Report (D4.1) for the Thriving Schools project.
📊 The report brings together evidence from 10 participating schools (5 experimental and 5 control), involving 137 teachers and 666 students in the final Year 1 assessment. It presents findings from the quantitative research, intervention fidelity assessments, and a teacher focus group.
🌱 The findings highlight strong school engagement, successful implementation of the programme's core components, and encouraging progress towards creating more supportive, inclusive, and well-being-oriented school environments. The report provides a valuable foundation for the second year of implementation and further evaluation of the Thriving Schools approach.

From curriculum design to concrete learning experiences! 🚀
The AI Literacy project continues to transform its competency framework and training curriculum into practical learning opportunities for teachers.
Partners are developing learning modules and Open Educational Resources (OERs) designed to be reusable, accessible and adaptable across educational contexts. The resources will support active learning, critical reflection and responsible engagement with AI.
Step by step, the educational package of the AI Literacy Teacher Academy is taking shape!
