When can the Nordic countries act together on security – and what makes that possible? Can we speak of a ‘Nordic reflex’ when it comes to dealing with today’s antagonistic threats together?

📅 On 7–8 October, the NordForsk project ‘NORDSECURE’ brings researchers and practitioners together in Stockholm for its kick-off workshop, exploring military cooperation, undersea infrastructure and disinformation.

Based at Stockholm University, the project includes partners from Utrikespolitiska institutet (UI), the University of Copenhagen, Tampere University and the Peace Research Institute Oslo (PRIO), with funding from the Agency for Civil Defence and Resilience (MCF).

👥 The research team: Mark Rhinard, Niklas Bremberg, Minna Ålander, Christian Bueger, Tuomas Forsberg and Stine Bergersen.

💻 The event is now at capacity, but if you’d like to join virtually, please contact Mark Rhinard via DM, directly.
