Zone 11 Is Here for You..

During this hazy period, we understand that some of our residents, especially our seniors and those who may be more vulnerable, may feel worried or uncomfortable going about their daily routines. At Pioneer Zone 11, we believe that caring for our community starts with something simple,checking in on one another and making sure no one feels forgotten. ❤️

This morning, our Chairman, Mr PS went on a walkabout around the estate to check in on our residents and see how they were coping with the haze, and remind them that their well-being matters to us.

During his walkabout, he met an elderly resident enjoying a quiet moment with a book at our RN’s Study Corner.

Taking the opportunity to connect, our Chairman shared with the elderly resident about how our RN is a Haze Shelter ready, where residents can seek respite from the hazy outdoor conditions.

We want our residents, especially our seniors, to know that they do not have to face the haze alone. Our RN is ready to serve as a Haze Shelter, offering a welcoming indoor space for residents who need a break from the haze.

Dear Residents,

Please take note of the current haze situation and take the necessary precautions to protect yourself and your family.

Please monitor the latest haze and air quality updates from official sources.

😷 **Mask Collection**
Residents who require masks may collect them at Community Centres

💚 **Stay Safe & Healthy**
✅ Reduce outdoor activities, especially strenuous exercise.
✅ Keep windows and doors closed if outdoor air quality worsens.
✅ Wear a well-fitting mask suitable for haze protection when outdoors, especially if you are sensitive to haze.
✅ Drink plenty of water and get sufficient rest.
✅ Children, seniors, pregnant women and residents with existing heart or lung conditions should take extra care.
✅ Seek medical attention if you experience breathing difficulties or persistent discomfort.

Your health and safety are our priority.
Please look out for one another, especially our elderly and vulnerable residents.

Masks are available for eligible Singaporean residents, including persons with medical conditions, pregnant women, children aged 7 to 16, and holders of eligible assistance scheme cards. Please bring along your NRIC during collection. A family member or friend may collect on the eligible person's behalf using their NRIC.

PA will continue to monitor the situation and support our residents. In the meantime, minimise strenuous outdoor activity where possible and look out for one another.

Dear Residents of Pioneer Zone 11 RN, happy to share some improvement works coming our way. Thank you Mr Patrick Tay 郑德源 for lobbying this for our residents.

Latest : To further ensure pedestrian and resident safety, we are enhancing the junction of Pioneer Road North and Jurong West Street 63 through the installation of safety bollards. To facilitate the works, a short stretch of road near Blk 650A will be realigned. The works are scheduled from 21 October 2026 to 14 November 2026, subject to weather and site conditions. Appropriate traffic management and mitigation measures will be implemented to minimise inconvenience to motorists, pedestrians and nearby residents.

Today, our seniors came together for 3rd FREE Digital Skills for Life session, learning how to set up and use Citizen Services on Singpass — and we added a little Mid-Autumn Festival joy to the day too! 🥮🏮🌕❤️

It was wonderful to see everyone learning, sharing, asking questions and enjoying some mooncakes together. 😍

And the best part? These sessions are FREE! 🎉
They are conducted in dual languages, making it easier for our seniors to learn comfortably and confidently.

👵👴 Everyone is welcome! Whether you’re new to technology or simply want to learn something useful, come join us. There’s always something new to discover! 😊

We’re especially happy to receive great feedback from our participants, who shared how these lessons are helping them become more comfortable and confident using technology in their everyday lives — from personalising their phone settings to accessing important digital services. 📱💻✨

Our Zone 11 Mid-Autumn Festival on 19 September was filled with laughter, music, talent, fun and lots of community spirit! ❤️🥮

Chairman and all our wonderful residents who came down to celebrate this special evening with us! 👏🎉
