We are proud to announce for this weekend only, 32 dancers from NUS Dance Blast! will be performing π˜Όπ™§π™ͺ𝙨, presented as part of the π™Žπ™žπ™£π™œπ™–π™₯π™€π™§π™š π™„π™£π™©π™šπ™§π™£π™–π™©π™žπ™€π™£π™–π™‘ π™π™šπ™¨π™©π™žπ™«π™–π™‘ 𝙀𝙛 π˜Όπ™§π™©π™¨ (π™Žπ™„π™π˜Ό). Now reimagined for SIFA’s Festival Village at Empress Lawn, this encore presentation revisits and reshapes the work for a new outdoor setting in the heart of the city.

Directed by Kamil and choreographed by Blast! Members, π˜Όπ™§π™ͺ𝙨 draws inspiration from the stories of the Orang Laut, the indigenous, traditionally nomadic and seafaring inhabitants of the islands surrounding Singapore. Through movement and interactions with their surroundings, the work reflects on the histories and cultural legacies that continue to shape Singapore’s rich and layered identity.
